For an HUF having properties in two states, whilst division one member getting the property in Mumbai and the other 4 getting an undivided share of a property in Vapi, Gujarat.
Kindly guide as to -
1. Should the partition deed be executed fully encompassing both the properties in one deed, or two deeds so as to facilitate the registeration and transfer of these properties differently in both the two states?
2. What would be registeration charges on these properties - Full rate of 6% or a differential lowere rate?

Procutrix says I was sleeping in my room with open door & my mother was also sleeping in other room with open door. the Accused come with his brother in law (SAALA)at night at 2'o clock. he swith on the light & caught hold my palm(Hand). the Saala was stand out side of my room.then I shouted the Accuesed and his saala run away.
plz tell me IPC sec. 354 & 451 are committed here or not? A lawyser tell me Ipc section 451 is not commited here Because IPC sec 451 are belong to where the accused enterd in the open place.there are no roof on the wall like chowk.is it true? if IPC sec 451 is not effected here when which section effected here? tell me also what defence should taken by accused? A civil suit for recovery was decreed in my favour & execution was filed by me in which court passed an order for attachment of moveable property i.e. bricks (five lacs in no.)lying in his brick klin,bailiff(court process server)attached the five lacs bricks & released on supardari to Mr. partap who is friend of judgment debtor, now attached bricks have been sold out illegally by supardar & Judgment debtor,sale of attached bricks is clear cut violation & breach of condition of supardari nama,i want to file an application for initiating legal action against supardar before court which has passed order of attachment & (in which my execution is pending) for breach of supardginama conditions in which he has made an undertaking not to sold out the attached bricks & produced the same whenever courts order, what & under which provision remeady is available to me,does it fall in contempt of court .Thanks

guardianship
A brother files for guardianship of another brother who is not a minor but is mentally retarded and he is granted guardianship which is challenged under a court of law
by a third brother who has been declared ex parte'who points out in court that guardianship has been granted under a false head and he should now be allowed to contest the guardianship.
Meanwhile the original guardian files for amendment under the Mental Health Act.
What should the court normally decide in this case whether to allow the third exparte brother to contest the case or not AND what action should the coourt take against the first brother who has already been granted the guardianship under a false representation of facts.The guardian gets the property share of the retarted brother also.
