Ld Counsels,
A complaint was filed alleging dowry demand and I have got AB from high court. I have also given my statment during investigation. No FIR was registered.
After one and half months another complaint was filed and a FIR was registered u/s 420,417. In the second complaint there are allegations of threat to life to the complainant. This is made to harass me. I have received summons from court u/s 420 and 417. Now do I need a bail for the second complaint. The investigation is over for the second complaint. KIndly clarify what will happen to first bail and why do I need second bail. No FIR was registered on first complaint.
Kindly clarify the proposition of law in this regard and I pesonally dont like to go thro another surrender and surety process for the second complaint. Even my lawyer didnot advise for another bail. Will the court ask for bail for the second complaint on the first appearance.
Pls clarify.
Thanks
Mukesh

Sir / Madam
I am from BURDWAN, WEST BENGAL. Wife want me to live separately from my parents and splurge on her and her family. Life has become a living hell. With collaboration from her parental side she is threatening and harassing us.
I HAVE RECORDS(MOBILE VIDEO) TO PROVE
A)THAT SHE LEFT HOME FOR MINOR ROUTINE DIFFERENCES WITHIN FAMILY
B)THAT SHE ADMITTED THAT HER UNCLES THREATENED US AND THAT HER BROTHER WILL BREAK ALL RELATIONS.
C)SHE ADMITTED THAT THE MISTAKE WAS HER.
D) SHE ADMITTED THAT WE HAVE NOT TAKEN DOWRY OR MADE ANY DEMAND.
MY QUESTIONS ARE :
1) Are these records helpful in my case like in getting AB FOR ALL FAMILY. Whether I have to produce these?
2) She is living with her parents since last 1 year.
3) Can I apply for AB without their knowledge and once granted how long is it valid.
4) Some people are suggesting that AB is not available easily and are refused in WEST BENGAL. Is it true? WHETHER COURTS IN KOLKATA WILL BE MORE HELPFUL.
5) shall I straightaway file for divorce?
6) WHO WILL GET CUSTODY OF CHILDRENS.
KINDLY HELP ME. ITHINK THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM AND YOU EXPERT'S ADVICE WILL HELP A LOT OF PEOPLE.
THANKS
MUKESH

Is there any law which specifies the period of retention for employee records? If yes, under which act and for what period does an organisation need to retain the records after an employee has ceased to work with it? Further, what kind of records are required to be maintained by the organisation for employees working with it and employees who have ceased to work with it?

Dear learned colleagues,
My querry is regardin presenting officer in a deptt. proceeding going beyond his jurisdictin e.g.a head of office(d.d.o.)is caught in embezelement of huge govt. money ,was suspended, and served charge -sheet along with two other officer/official.Presenting officer who is the succesor of above main delinquent& equal in rank with him in an effort to dilute the charges levelled against him is trying to find fault with the prosecution witness who has deposed against the above delinquents and side track the issues.
What protection is available to the departmental wintness in the above case where Presenting Officer is out to defeat the Govt. case by mixing up with the delinquent-main accused.

now the Question is -
Weather TDS is deductible under Section 194C?
kindly Quote if there is any Judgment in this regard.
