my friend servicing as 4th grade cader in the navy as civilian in dockyard as per his statements he has not got promototion while the other person who joined later than my friend all promototed and got promotion now he wants to proceeds in the highcourt for the promotion on the said matter under the article 226 is that really propery remedy

Hi friends and Seniors,pls solve problem in one cheque case.The case is posted for defence, the accused filed an petition for 45 evi act for veryfy his sign,then the opinion also received by court,his sign also admitted by expert,now he again filed an 45evi act pet for sending the cheque to expert for finding of the age and ink of the document, at this stage which way to attach the accused petition. pls give ur opinions and rulings from my case.

Govt. of Maharashtra take a possession of land of one Religious Trust. Total land is 404 Acres. Govt has possessed 135 Acres. This land is Datta Mandir's land. Is Govt. has taken a possession as a ceiling of this land? The land is not exempted under Ceilings Act? So what we will do?

Dear Sir,
I have joint S.B account with my uncle.
My uncle is having pass book and when I requested my bankers to provide statement,
they in turn requesting us to provide passbook though I approached them with ID Proof.
Please advice how to get statement of account with out passbook for verification.
