Respected Sir,
“A” is the real owner and “B” is the proposed purchaser. “C”(3rd party) is a relative of “A”. Now “B” has approached “C” and asked to sell the lands of “A”, because of the relation in between A and C. Accordingly “C” has accepted to sell the land to “B” and after taking a token advance, he executed a Receipt in favour of “B” mentioning the agreed sale consideration amount, total extent of land etc., and also further agreed to execute an Agreement of sale within 10days from this day, and also further agreed to execute a Sale deed in favour of “B” or his nominees. On some other reasons, now A and C are not interested to sell the lands.
In this I want to clarify that:-
1) Whether “B” is having any right to claim against A, on the basis of a Receipt.
2) How far the stamped Receipt issued by C is acceptable and binding on “A”?
3) What steps “B” is going to take against A and C for the lands?

I filed for divorce after she went to police station accusing me of having an affair, sexually abusing my kids & asking for power of attorney for my own property. Now she has filed an HMOP for maintence & restoration of conjugal rights. Pl advise how to proceed further? At any cost, i can not live with her anymore.

1. Telephone Bill (Mobile bill)
2. Wages Contractor Bill
3. Freight Bill
4. Service Tax paid in Cash (ON GTA)
5. Audit Fees ( C A & ISO)
6. Calibration Bills
7. Security Charges
8. Etc.

for a fresh law graduate, how much life membership fees will have to pay to the bar council of india or state bar association to get the certificate.
If he did not do the practise, then in how much time he will be cancelled as a meember of bar association
what are the major benefits of Bar association

If a person loose the case in lower court such as district court ,regarding dowry case, then in how much Maximum time he can appeal to the high court.

I make chocolates out of my home in Bangalore. I am soon opening a shop exclusively for chocolates and would like to know if I can sell liquor chocolates without getting into any kind of legal trouble and if not then what do I need to do? Our liquor content is anywhere between 40-50% in the chocolates.

one client of my was bitten at his office while performing his work by a lady.he lodge a complaint aginst her in nearby police station. Police while investgation taken the Jabab of two witnesses.The police enquired about the incidence in his office and their action on it.The office just informed them we have enquired about the matter and we have told them not to repeat such kind of act.And on these saying police stop their investigation.So is there no use of the JABAB taken by the police while their investigation? was the procedure of investigation of police proper??what else my client ask for in this case??...please reply

There is a dispute in one of my client's manufacturing units at Factory. The Trade Union has threatened the Management that, it will go on strike.
My requirement is :
1. What is the procedure to be followed by the Trade Union i.e., Notices, compliances etc.
2. The applicable Acts viz., Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 & Trade Union Act, 1926.
3. Kindly give the compliances to be followed by the Trade Union before going on stike.
4. And also the compliances to be followed by the Management.

its a question i wanted to ask
1. party A , party B and bank enter into a guarantee contract .
2. party B agrees to be a continuing guarantor to A (debtor)for bank loans but is in singapore .
3. the contract is signed in singapore .
my questions are :
1. who are the authorities whose authentication , verification and signatures will be required to make such a contract valid.
2. once the document is in india and i get it stamped according to my state stamp act who are the authorities of singapore whose verification or authentication of the said document i can cite for admissability in the local courts.
