what happens when a person makes a will with respect to a property but before his death he alienates with the property or a part thereof???
does that amount to revocation by subsequent conduct???

Thanks in advance for offering the help.
Question(s) : My family owns agriculture land. My father divided the property among himself, my brother, and myself 30 years ago (when we were minor) and made my mother as guardian for me and my brother. My brother is asking me now to combine his and my property and re-divide the property claiming that he and I are joint family. He has got a caveat from the court on the land I got. He had given lawyer notice and said that he will go to court if I don’t agree to divide the property now. Second, I have built a house with my earnings and rented it.
1) He visited the house I had built on my earnings and bothered the tenants and claimed that house belongs to him. I am living in different town. All documents land etc are on my name. What I should do to stop him from entering my home?
2) What is validity period for the caveat?
3) He is planning to forcefully cultivate my land and also physically threatening me. What I should do to stop him from cultivating. I am the owner of the land. How do I have to handle physical threats?

my father-in-law died intestate leaving 24 acres of self acquired land in tamil nadu during 1995.
my wife has 3 brothers and 4 sisters.her brothers are not interested in partition.
please inform me the procedure for partition with details of stamp duty payable.

Dear Seniors I am in big trouble, I have given 20 months sleepless nights and days to a company to establish all functioning of my department, they gave me 1.80lacs to pursue my higher studies without asking but few months back head of the company without any reason ask me to put down resignation forcefully and for the 1.80lacs they have entered a bond of 3 years which I am inbetween now they are asking me to return the money with 18% interest but I ahve not broken the bond they have forcrd me to go and i have the proof.they are asking me to pay else they will file a criminal suit against me.
pls help.
I am very much worried as this company's practice is like this only 1 to 10 % resignation all firing without any raeson.

is it possible for a widow woman to get a maintenance from her father-in-law if her deceased husband have no property in his name n her father-in-law refuse to give her anythg? can she claim u/s 19 of The Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act,1956.

my father wanted 2 make his will 1st with my mothers name & if anything happened 2 my mother b4 him then my brother will b the beneficiary or in case of my fathers death my mother will b the beneficiary and after her my brother

and do we need stamp paper or can b made in plain paper or what is the process of notarization

Dear sir,
I, in december 09, gave my handset for repair in a co's service center. My set generated an irrepairable fault during it was on service center and for which the company has, after my running from pillar to post, agreed to replace me with new set. ... but problem is my set was having warranty of only 1 month left which got over in january, pending delivery of my new set.
I asked the company to give me 1 yr. warranty on the replaced set which the company is denying.
kindly tell me whether i m not eligible for the 1 yr. warranty on the new set (it is yet to be delivered to me)?
