As an advocate, can I file 138 case as Party in person. If possible what are the changes necessary in petition and affidavit .

Respected Sir,
On 1/12/2006,one of the Leading Stock Broking Company has taken Borivali (Mumbai)Office on a Monthly rent of Rs.55,000/- for a period of 3 years. AS the said deal has done through me, the said Broking Company has paid me a Brokerage of Rs.55,000/- (one month rent)and agrees to pay the one month in case of the renewals of the agreement, if renewals take place. The said terms of renewal Brokerage has been put in writting on my Letter Head which has been duly acknowledged by the signature of Executive Vice-President of the company along with the Rubber Stamp of the company. The said Executive Vice President is now not associated with the company. After a period of 3 years,i.e. on 1/12/2009, the said Broking Company has renewed the same premises at a Monthly Brokerage of Rs.70000/- app. without paying any Brokerage to me. In reply to my several E-mails and one letter to the senior management of the company, they completely denied to pay me any Brokerage amount as agreed upon during December'06. The said company is listed on the Stock Exchanges (BSE/NSE).
Sir, please advise me on the matter.

That I had sent notice u/s 138 at three different places
2 - at Hydrabad and
1 - at Assam
my client is residing in MP.
Out of three notices following remarks has been made by the Postal Dept.
Notice No. 1 - Addressee Left Dt. 11/12/09
Notice No. 2 - Uncliamed 17/12/09
About Notice No. 3 I did not received postal acknowledgment yet, whereas I had made a complaint to the postal Dept. they write me that they will enquire it and inform me shortly.
My question whether i have to Lodge Complaint u/s 138 if yes then what will be the last dt. of Filing of it.
Or shall I wait for Reply from postal Dept.

If written statement of applicant is not affirmed by pleader and is not accompanied by Affidavit of applicant, is that a fatal defect or curable defect? Any case laws please

Sir,
My Client named Mr.A his wife "N" is an Insurance agent (LIC). Most of marketing done through Mr. A .
The problem occurred when A while marketing promised Mr. P for long term gain by investing for 5yrs plan in LIC.
the Complainant P malafidely wrote all figures on blank paper and copied initial of Mr. A that only indicates summation of principle amount plus other bonus and other benefits.
Now on maturity the complainant P. got principal amount plus Bonus the total is 6000/- less than what indicated in the paper.
Can the complainant succeed in consumer Fora?
What are the defenses for our side if v failed to prove the paper signed if wrong?
Any land mark Cases regarding this pl inform me.

Which provision of the Constitution of India authorises use of Red Beacon Lights on the top of the Vehicles?
What purpose such Lights serve?
Is the use of such Lights (and all legislation/delegated legislation framed permitting their use) not violative of Right to Equality guaranteed under the Constitution? What is the object sought to be achieved by such provisions (Intelligible Differentia)?
Does the use of Red Beacon Lights (which makes the person having it a previleged person) violative of Article 18 of the Constitution of India which prohibits conferring and accepting titles?
How and where the practice originated?

A boy age 23yrs his father died in dec 2005 .He was a government medical officer and his stepmother is also government medical officer at present. he has no any brother n sister .
the problem is he want govt service (dying in harness) but govt rule is, if mother is already in service(govt) no service will be given to son in dying in harness. what will boy do because he is not able to take any benifit to govt and his condition too poor ,step mother do not support to him financialy.he is not able to take leagle action to him .please suggest that what he do.

Cheque Bounce: India Law 138
Hello Experts,
I was working in delhi where my uncle (Maternal Uncle) use to do business, he has got some known person who trusted him a lot and wanted to help them in getting visas for european coutries, since my uncle is in business and travels a lot. my uncle has taken their passport and some money and after this he disappeared, i was not aware about this dealing but all between this transaction the guy who has given passport has seen me along with my uncle though he doesnt know my name as well.
moreover uncle has bought some merchandise from a relative of that passport guy who resides in Shahjehanpur and gave him a cheque against the purchase, that cheque has been bounced. now this shahjehanpur person has lodged a FIR and file a case in shahjehanpur CGM court agianst my uncle but involved me as well saying i am his partner, while that cheque wasnt given by me nor i have signatured nither i am involve anywhere in the business with him. since he doesnt know my name he has given a wrong name in FIR but saying to recognize me by face, i had receive a V W warrant at my home which is due on 29th January, 10.
Please help me to know the actual law to save myself. i am really scared of this since i have never been in to such police or court thing ever before.
Please help me out.
