Pl. forward it to Economic Offence Wing of the Mumbai Police. You can also lodge complaint onlige on Mumbai POlice's website. Pl. also call to your mobile service provider and ask for the details of person who has sent this message and also discuss with Senior Personel of mobile service provider that action can be taken against mobile company for abetting such cheaters.
