Hi all,

I got my NGO registered under societies registration act 1860 section 21 on November 2009.

Now, I want to have 80G certificate for my NGO. Is My NGO is eligible to get 80G (as we have registered ngo 6 months back).

I discussed it with CA and he informed that I have to pay Rs. 15000/- for that and I will get the certificate.

Can anyone help me with this and can proced me the procedure to obtain the same.

Is is mendatory that I have to get 80G through CA only and I mylself can't apply for the same.

What the constitution says about this . . . . .

Recently every one come across in the Newspaper that for the past 20years FAKE (Expire dated ) Medicines and drugs are sold to common people. By and large this crime was done by CONS AND DRUG AUTHORITY.

My question is that, the police arrested the sellers. Sellers are held as accused.

Please any one let us know , what the constitution says about the Authorities and other Govt official who involved in this crime, why they are not arrested ?

Succession certificate

My father met with an accident and was in coma for 3yrs,in dec,2008 he passed away with no will. We were always a nuclear family (2 daughters) & got no support from my dad's family. my mother had applied for a successon certificate but the court also wants my grandmother to testify, but she would put an objection. she is financialy independant and owns a house in U.P.

Please advise if there is a way to contest the court's decision regarding my grandmother's NOC.

Hoping to get a positive reply soon.

Regards
