Sbi is not credited money to my account received from amazon

Amazon has sent money to my account and gave transaction reference ID (as a proof that SBI has acknowledge it) but SBI has not credited the same to my account even after 8 days..when contacted with SBI over mail they are bothering to given answer, when raise the same through central govt online grievance cell then they said that SBI can't do anything and need to contact amazon only they don't admit that it's their fault that they didn't accept it or in case not acceptance they have raise AMOUNT DISPUTE complain..i have contacted with their local branch as well but local branch manager is not wiling to help and behave rudely..

On the other hand Amazon is saying that as they have successfully process the money from their end hence they can't do anything, they said that they have given amount transfer reference ID which proof that they have successfully credited the amount to my account.

Hence, how could i get back my money, i don't to raise legal case as it will involve huge money whereas the disputed money is Rs. 6000, so how can i approach to consumer court and how can they will help me regarding this.

So, what can i do to get the money?

As I'm working on a small scale now but want to expand it through online selling, so do i need to get manufacturing license for the same? If yes what is the procedure & prerequisites? Whom to approach?

Parking near the house in a housing society

Is it legal to put a No Parking board on the fence/compound wall of my row house within housing society

I live in a society comprised of many buildings(flats) with few bungalows. I have a corner house which is exposed to common area like club house and spine road within the society.
Almost every day theres a function in someones house or in clubhouse sometimes morning as well as in evenings. My whole garden fence is blocked and packed by visitors cars. Even other members(flat and house owners) of society park their cars too.
My two dogs love to be in the garden barks continuously at strangers each time while parking and leaving. This is causing a lot of inconvenience, disturbances. Sometimes errant drivers playing song, trying to peep through and staring into my house is a matter of deep concern for our privacy and safety.

I even informed the same to the management committee no action has been taken and people still continuing parking their vehicles.
Can any legal action be taken.....please advise. Thanks !

Nomination Transfer

There are 2 flats in a society, one in the name of husband & wife & other in name of husband & elder son. The man has nominated his wife 100% in both flats. He has 2 sons and one daughter. The man dies without making any will.
The nominee on asking says she wants to give each flat to each son and her daughter in law jointly.
What should the society do in each case.? What set of documents are necessary for the society to ask from the nominee? Please advise

Rectification deed needed or not

I have one property in Bangalore. In my sale deed,it consists of two owner names i.e. mine and my wife. My correct name is "KARANAM PHANI RAJA RAO", mentioned in all my educational certificates + passport.. My wife name is typed correctly on sale deed. But w/o is printed as "K.PanirajRao". My name on sale deed is printed as "K.PANIRAJA RAO", along with correct PAN card number, where "K." is initial and stands for "KARANAM". The name mentioned on my PAN card is K.PHANI RAJA RAO. So, I have registered self "deed of declaration" successfully in same sub registrar office without previous owner's signature. and with correct name "KARANAM PHANI RAJA RAO". But in that deed of declaration, page numbers of sale deed for name correction mentioned are wrong. So, I have below three questions in this regard. 1) As I feel registered self deed of declaration is invalid, so, Please let me know, if I need to go for rectification deed again with previous owner's signature + my signature in same registrar office or different sub registrar office ? 2) If self deed of declaration is valid, then please let me know, if page numbers mentioned wrong is valid or not? 3) If I want to sell my property in future, then can I go with "KARANAM PHANI RAJA RAO alias K.PANIRAJA RAO" without going for rectification deed with previous owner's signature ?
