We have a coparcenery property in Mumbai. This was an ancestral land which existed long ago even before 1850 and had come to the share of my Grandfather and also my Father they being male members in the Family.
My Great Grandfather had passed away in 1930, Grandfather passed away in 1989 without a will surviving his only son (My father) and two daughters(My aunts).
I am given to understand that
1. Law of succession will apply as it prevailed on the date of the death of the Grandfather.
2. A female cannot ask for partition in a coparcenery as per HSA 1956 Sec 23.(which existed in 1989)
Query
1. If that is the case, in an absence of partition suit, can my aunts raise any other kind of suit asking for the share?
2. What is a technical difference between asking for partition and asking for a share?
3. In what way is a share actually paid / payable if there is no partition.
Would like to understand the LEGALITY of such a situation.

Under new companies Act,2015 amendment what is the procedure & what resolution to be adopted for transfer/ sale of immovable property by a private limited real estate company.

now one brother dies --query---- is what is the fate of the widows share of property?

Phone pe se sbi ka account link he 2000 rs ka payment received kiya jiska confirmation phone pe App pr mil gya but vo amount sbi account me add nahi hua phone pe App pr complaint krne pr phonepe valo ka reply aya ki sbi bank me apke account me add krne ka confirmation send kiya he isliye bank me contact kijiye utr number lekr me branch gya but unhone utr number search krne se mna kr dya saaf saaf and statement bhi nikalvaya koi amount add hi nhi hua
What do i do banking lokpal or consumer forum or police kaha jau ?

My Query is-
I sought information from nationalized bank under RTI act between time period 2017 to 2018. Regional office of Bank deliberately providing misleading/incomplete information. but same information is provided by headquarter accurately but contrary to regional office.(sufficient material to prove it)
.please suggest me that whether I can claim damages/mental tortures/time/energy (about one crore rupee) etc. from district/state/national forum against this harassment/exploitation.

Ours is apartment owners association registered in Madurai Tamilnadu but now it is not renewed for 15 years. The new management 7 people got elected in Aug 2018 but president,secretary/trasurer 2 EC members had to resign as a ex-president threatened with court and police false cases.. now only the Vice president and an EC member are left with.
Now they just manage to appoint a member of their choice with managing 20 persons signature out of 177 members
The has also added him as authorised signatory..
The question are.
1. Is the bank right in allowing the treasurer to operate the account.
2. Is not EGM must for electing new office bearers?
3.any other legal remedy available?

Me and my wife has a joint property owned in Thane district, Maharashtra. Since we are getting seperated through a mutual divorce, I wish to relinquish my rights over the property for a monetary exchange. Will this attract registration fees and stamp duty? If yes, what will be the approx charges for this, considering I'm relinquishing the rights for 12 lac ruppees? Is there an exemption in the stamp duty and registration for husband to wife transfer?

Dear Lawyers,
I am married since 9 years, since almost 3 years I and my husband are not in good terms. And since almost an year we are not living as husband and wife. Couple of months before he has asked me for Divorce. I took time to decide on and now I have also decided to go ahead with divorce. He is not agreeing to it now. Instead, he is telling he would accept his mistakes and improve. Every time this fight used to happen he is been telling the same and never stuck to it. Now I dont have confidence in him that he will change and I also made up my mind that I want divorce.
Now the child is with him. I am at parents place but they are also not supporting me now and asking me to go back to my marital place.
Please guide me how to proceed ahead with divorce. I dont know if court gives me justice as I dont have any evidences. I am talking to a lawyer but the lawyer is asking for evidences for proceeding with contested divorce or to convince my husband for a mutual divorce. I dont think he will agree as I used to do a lot of help to the family including take care of home monthly expenses(I am working), household work and Child's education, taking care of him etc.,.
Now that I have to fight alone for my life and peace of mind. I dont have any evidence to prove that I have been undergoing this mental trauma but all these while I have succumbed everything. Please guide me to move ahead with divorce as he is not agreeing to it and I am not ready to lead this life anymore.

Joining principal company as an independent contractor
I was working for past 2.5 years with my ex. company where we used to represent foreign companies (termed as principal) for sales and promotion of there product like an agency model.
Recently, I have joined one of my principal whose product we used to promote. They have sent the termination of contract to my previous company before I joined them.
I have not signed any bond or Non-disclosure agreement with my previous company neither I was involved in any Management decision. Compare to past teams of my ex company there has not been any investment for skill or any development has been done for me.
In my offer letter of ex-company it is mentioned that you cannot join any principal for 2 years, directly or indirectly without mentioning of any compensation for the same.
Will I have any problem continuing my current job if my ex company sends me any legal notice.??
My current company know the situation and have assured me that nothing will happen as I am not in any kind of Non Diclosure agreement with them. And if any things comes up they will take care of the same.
Request you all to help me on the same and provide me with the clarity.
