Thanks in advance for helping me out . I am residing in 2nd floor of an apartment and have an ac installed with external unit brought down outside between 1st and ground floor side since there is no provision to mount them exterior to my bedroom . After 6 months , owner of an 1st floor apartment is claiming that the unit is disturbing him and that I need to remove it immediately . I am sure there is no noise or heat from the unit but he claims so. Unfortunately I didn't know of the legal terms and thought it was a common area and hence didn't procure an approval from management . President of the apartment is asking to solve amicably but he is not budging down . Can I legally claim that to be. Common area ?

Wife filed following cases:
Domestic violence/
498a.
interim alimony.
permanent alimony.
all the above cases got dismissed in the laste 15 years.
I filed divorce now judgement dated given 18 march.
My advocate pestering me to pay permanent alimony to wife by calling daily.
He is teling they will file divorce again and claim alimony in that. In this case what to do. Someone guide please.

We have an agricultural land at my native, it is a self acquired by my late father who made a will in which he distribute it among his children, after his death in June 2001. I found his will in our house I shown it to all family members and handed them photocopy of will. then I went out station for work leaving my mother at my part of house, which was separated by my younger brother by constructing partition wall in it. my mother died on July 2005. after that I locked my portion of house, and return to my work place far away from native place. In my absence my younger brother, sister & widow of my elder brother make illegal changes in land records and sale the land to local land mafia. in year 2006, 2007, and 2008. I was not aware of it when I went their I have seen some people are cultivating my land and my brother broke the lock and occupy my part of house, while questioning him. he attack with iron pipe. and threaten me to go away from their and not come back again.As I was all alone and their relatives and friends are there, I return to work place from that day I went in deep depression followed by panic attacks in that situation I have to admitted in hospital. I was been suffering from this illness from year 2005. till today I am under medication. recently I filed police complaint against the land mafia and my brother who gave my land in his possession. I also file a civil suite against them in local court. pl. guide me to obtain my land.and part of house as I was been living in rented house from many years. Swift reply is highly appreciated. Thanking you in anticipation.

My friend is punished under section 323, 379, 497 IPC on 2015 as the case is uncontested.His opposite party moves to now for execution of the order.
Sir,
As adultary is not a offence from 2018 will my friend will go to jail for order passed on year 2015?
Can any court be order executed after 4 years ?

dear sir for proof of will deed 2 attestors are examined and scribe was examined. one attestor is in favour of plantiff and other attestor is in favour of defendent and scribe is in favour of plantiff. but first attestor has signed in telugu language and first attestor only made sign of second attestor by making forgery in English.now second attestor came in favour of defendent and given evidence that his sign is forged .what is the value of evidence of scribe. when conflicting evidence is given by two attestors in contradiction .what is importantance attached to scribe evidence who has come on behalf of plantiff who is really lieing . how to discard scribe evidence in arguments .any case law or book on law of wills

Hi, mu brother got married in 2009. And living separately from his wife. He is not in any contact with his wife. In 2012 his wife filled case for maintainance and share in property of my fathers land which is earned by his own money. Later court gave judgement she doesn't have any rights in asking peoperty in father in laws land. And her husband has to give monthly maintainance of 2000. As my brother is not in contact with his wife and did not appear in court also during this case he did not pay any amount till today. But now my brother wife has filled a case under section 12 of domestic violence on my brother, my father and my mother. And compensation for mental torture 10 lakhs from my parents. She never stayed in our house means with my parents. In her statement it was mentioned she stayed happily for 1st 6 mont of her marriage in house with my brother and my parents. But now she filed a case of domestic violence on my parents. Is the case maintainable against my parents? As in previous judgment it clearly mentioned my parents are not responsible to pay any compensation to her.

Notice period
Dear Sir,
I have spoke to my manager and cfo for my decision to quit. they said they will think and reply. so i waited for a day and then send an email for resignation and no reply received.
as per my appointment letter notice period is 30 days but they want me to give notice for 180 days.
So if i quit after 30 days and they will not issue the reliving letter and experience certificate in that case what i have to do. because my new company wants these 2 letter from present company
So please advice
