Dear Sir,
I have borderline personality disorder. Back in the 90s BPD was unheard of. So doctors couldn't diagnose me. I married my husband who has narcissistic personality disorder. This is a recipe for a disastrous marriage. As a borderline I engaged in sex with many people before marriage and I told my husband about it and I told him we can get a divorce since we do not have children. He pretended like supported me at that time and all the while he was poisoning me from time to time. I had severe health issues and nothing shows in the reports. He openly challenged me that nothing will ever show up in the reports and that only the both of us know the truth about poisoning. He filed for a divorce after 19 yrs of marriage. And he is not letting me heal from bpd. He still poisons me with the help of pg caretaker and the pg caretaker intimidates me with his smile always.i change my pg same story repeats. I cannot leave the city cause that's what he wants. He will make sure I will not attend court hearings and court will automatically grant him. a divorce.I discovered I have bpd only last year after separation from him. I have now fallen back to those patterns of multiple sex partners ,not simultaneously, indulging in risky behaviors as most bpds do. He is using my bpd running smear campaign getting me removed from jobs. He is taking revenge for my bpd. He is creating all this so he doesn't have to pay me alimony. He is an NPD. They are abusive, lack empathy, feel entitled, destroy many lives. Only bpds can heal. NPDs cannot heal. With the help of my pg caretaker they are creating ruckus so I leave the city.I have to admit in the court that I have bpd and indulge in sex. Can I do that? I need treatment. I am not a characterless woman. I am a bpd because of abuse and childhood trauma. and no diagnosis back them. It's become more after my husband left me and trying to financially break me and destroy me and make me leave the city. I indulge in self harm as bpds do. I think I will lose my alimony. I need money for multiple treatments not just for bpd but narcissistic abuse as well. I have multiple health issues because of his narcissistic abuse. I was a house wife for 19 yrs. How will I pay for treatments. My salary is very less. I have to now quit that too. My body cannot take it. He pays me a little but he is threatening to take that away too. NPDs are emotionally stunted 2 yr old kids trapped in adult's body. You cannot rationalize with them. Poisoning thing....I get tested for toxins nothing is showing in my reports like he challenged me nothing will ever show up in the reports. I need a surgery as well. Doctors seem in different to my poisoning. He has hacked my phone and I think he is influencing lab reports. Getting me removed from jobs. I filed a complaint in the police station. His atrocities are increasing. Please tell me what to do about the poisoning? How do I get the evidence. He is using my bpd to character assassinate me. Can I file bpd case declare in the court that I indulge in sex. I want my respect back. I am not a characterless woman. It's a coping mechanism for trauma. Why am I paying the price for something I am not responsible for? It's not fair. I am in my mid 40s. After marriage I never cheated on him while I was with him. I have a 19 yr old son who lives with his father. i was a mother to him until he was 5 or 6 years of age. After that my son had to be my mother. Today if I am alive it's because of my son. My husband didn't need to do all this. He could have gone ahead and married someone else. They are financially well off extremely well off. This is not a done thing after 19 yrs of marriage.

That the shop keeper of electronic did not issued me bill and promised that he shall give within 1 to 2 days and payment in cash for the purchased item was done. The consumer messaged the Shop keeper on WhatsApp to send the invoice bill as the payment already done. My query is what remedy available and how purchase bill can be obtained from the Shop keeper. Please advise.

I have a residential building in Visakhapatnam. My Late mother was a Teacher and she was allotted a plot by the Teachers Co-operative House Building Society Ltd in 1972. Society purchased the site from Visakhapatnam town planning trust, which is presently known as VMRDA. Subsequently the Society conveyed the said plot by virtue of a sale deed on 20/03/1980 to be enjoyed by the member, his legal representatives and assignees with absolute rights from generation to generation. My parents constructed a residential building in it, duly taking plan approval from Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam. We are living in the property since 1983. After my parents passed away, the title of the property changed to my name. we are paying property taxes, water taxes and Electricity charges as per government authorities assessment in the past (about) 40 years.
In 3/2023, I received a notice from Urban Land Ceiling (ULC) office, informing me that my property is in surplus lands under ULC Act and catogerised it as unauthorised occupation. The notice informed me to regularize the unauthorized occupation by paying an amount equivalent to present registered value. Everything was done after taking approvals from the authorities. Now I am being told that it is unauthorized occupation. I did not respond to the notice. Now on 10/03/2025, I received similar notice with a wrong name but address is mine. I did not receive the notice as it is not in my name. Prior to 3/2003, I have not received any notices or declarations from ULC office.
Is ULC still applicable? What do I have to do now?

Respected Learned Experts, I am a retired central government servant. During my service, I was suspended for a period 272 days for a criminal case. The trial court has acquitted me under benefit of doubt. In departmental enquiry, I was imposed with compulsory retirement. The order of suspension was deemed suspension as I had been imprisoned exceeding 48 hours. After the order of the acquittal, I had applied for regularization of suspension period which was turned down as treated as not in duty. I had challenged the order before the CAT and the CAT has set aside the order, directed the department to regularize the period of suspension under the rules applicable. Now after my retirement my department has regularised the suspension period as EOL under FR-54B(7). Whether I am eligible for any monetary benefits such as annual increments, revision of pensionary benefits based on the order passed. I am a senior citizen and I don't want to proceed further with legal battles. My query restricted to the eligibility of any monetary benefits based on the order passed. The order is silent about this. With utmost respect and advance thanks, I pray the Experts to clarify the issue please.

My flat value is above 1 cr which I purchased 2 years back in Satara Maharashtra.
I have paid 100% demand but not yet received possession letter.
developer delaying my possession from 6 month as defined date.
For getting possession letter and for delay, where should I file my case.
My property cost is above 1 cr, so should I file case in National Commission or in first court District Forum?

Can a person who is not the petitioner or the respondent in the case apply for an immediate listing of the SLP filed in the Supreme Court (which is already ordered for NMD for fixed month , but not listed yet)? (Because Similar cases have been pending in the High Court for years waiting for the verdict of this SLP. So we are wasting our time, money and lives.)

Right of a married daughter in ancestral property
Hello Lawyers,
I hope you're doing well.
My NANA (mother's father) has got his ancestral land from his fathers and great great grandfathers. The agricultural land is in Haryana and it is ancestral in Nature.
My NANA (mother's father) has 2 sons and 2 daughters (including my mother), and all are living. In 2022, my NANA transferred all the agricultural land in the name of his sons without taking any written permission from my mother or masi (Daughters).
My Questions are:
1. Is it legal?
2. Can my mother challenge the transfer? What case should we file and Is it under Limitation?
