Petition was filed under 457 of the CrPc for interim release of the vehicle which was rejected by the Court. can the same Court review its order under section 362 of the CrPc? as the district Transport Officer has clarified tha the claimant is the registered owner of the vehicle?

In a case of theft of vehicle, the registered owner of the vehicle claim for interim release of the vehicle pending trial of the case as the police has not filed charge sheet. But the court refused to release the vehicle and direct the owner of the vehicle to prove their ownership otherwise the vehicle will be confiscated and dispose it off even though the trial has not commence.is it competent for the Court to dispose off the vehicle before the trial and is it proper for the court to direct the owner to prove their innocence before the trial?

Government acquired a large plot of land for development of administrative complex, and agreement was entered with the land owner that all the unskillled work would be allotted to the land owner icluding IV grade staff.But no development was made nor IV grade post was offer to the land owner and the land became a waste land for nearly 11 years.Now the land owner desire to enter the land and possess it as there is breach of conditions by the Government.In this position does article 66 of the LA apply? or it is covered by other provisions of the LA.

Dear All,
I am planing purchase the thika property in kolkata.
But according to the thika law, thika land cannot be purchased,
for your information:
Zamindar of that land is alive and the thika tenant is selling the propperty.
please answer me in detail in what way land should be purchased, so that it become purchased land, not thika land

The consumer disputes redressal forum directed the "opposite party to refund to the complainant a sum of Rs. x against down payment of Rs. y amount on account of deficiency in service on their part".
In an appeal the State Consumer Disputes redressal commission "allowed the appeal of the complainant by awarding a compensation of Rs. T as compensation which shall also include the cost of litigation."
My simple query, Is x amount separate from t amount ? or t amount includes x amount ? Does compensation include the refund also ?

In a case of NI Act before me :-
A cheque provided by the 'Cooperative Credit Society' Registered under (Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act)the accused issued such to the complainant. while observing the cheque it didnot look like a cheque generally issued by the Banks, and Which has been specifically mentioned on the upper side " Only for Member"and also the Cheque No. is made by rubber stamped.
Pls tell me what is the authenticity of the said cheque, whetther it is negotiable instrument. now the case is for evidence (Cross of Complainant)with citation
