We have General Power of Attorney signed duly with photos and thumb impression and NOTARIZED but NOT REGISTRED. We are group of residents in conflict with promoter cum builder of housing complex.
Is this POA admissible in any civil court in Maharashtra for filing civil suite?

I am from Assam, my tenant has been staying for last 30 yr a shop rent.
On the heart of main city paying rent only RS 1500per month and agreement is doing for 1Year.
I have asked to increase it to Rs 4000pm and renewal of agreement within 11 month.
But the tenant has not agreed and threaten me to do what can I do.
So i want to know what are the option available before me??

I had taken a loan from fullerton India indore. I defaulted on emi from last 6 months due to my mom hospitalisation. They then initiated a loan settlement process of 44000 in which I paid 20000 but was unable to pay the remaining balance amount. Now they say that 20000 will be put in penalty amount and a legal procedure would be initiated in Delhi High court and police would arrest me.

Sir,
I was placed under suspension from Jan 2016 to Feb 2019 . During the course of my suspension ie in Jan 2018 the govt gave promotion to the post of Accounts Officer to my both senior and junior colleague. Later on, in the month of March 2019 my suspension has been revoked without any kind of penalty and entire period of suspension has been treated as "ON DUTY". But after about two months later from the date of revocation of suspension (June 2019) although I have been given promotion to the post of Accounts Officer but the order has the effect from the date of promotion only (13/6/2019) and not with retrospective effect from the date from which my juniors also got promoted.
As my suspension was revoke without any penalty and entire period of suspension was treated as "ON DUTY" and accordingly I have received all my arrears of pay & allowances also , so my request to the department is that I should also get the promotion from the same date from which my juniors are allowed otherwise how can my junior becomes senior.
So my request is kindly advice me the next course of action and provide the reference of the orders of Hon'be High Court or Supreme court in similar cases according to which I can convince the authority and if needed file the suit in a Court of law for justice.

Builder has given Puzzle parking with 1 upper deck & 1 bottom.
The deck width is smaller than Govt.stfw so that car parking is easy & no damage. But now builder refuses to change the wrong size parking tray and not giving reply. Our many members are stuck. Small cars park easily now, but some one want to buy bigger car, how to park in small size tray? Buolilder has given car parking allotment as provisional. 80% members got open stilts parking only 20% is given this puzzle parking.
Can we take any legal action against builder before they hand over to Society. No member will give away open stilts parking when society made.

वादी ने विनिर्दिष्ट अनुतोष अधिनियम की धारा 6 के तहत कब्जा प्राप्ति का वाद प्रस्तुत किया और विकल्प में भी स्वत्व के आधार पर कब्जा प्राप्ति का अनुतोष माँगा, विचारण में वादी ने अपने बयानो में बेदखली की दिनाँक वाद पत्र में अभिलिखित बेदखली की दिनाँक से भिन्न बताई, विचारण न्यायालय ने वादी का धारा 6 का वाद तो मियाद बहार मानकर खारिज कर दिया परन्तु वादी के पक्ष में वैकल्पिक अनुतोष के लिये कब्जा प्राप्ति की डिक्री जारी कर दी । (मैं प्रतिवादी हुँ )
निम्न बिन्दुऔं पर citation नहीं मिल रही है�
(1) धारा 5 व धारा 6 अलग अलग उपचार प्रदान करती है इसलियें दोनो धाराऔं को एक ही वाद में संयॊंजित नहीं किया जा सकता है ।
(2) न्यायालय अभिवचनों से भिन्न, बयान में बताई गई बेदखली की दिनाँक को cause of action नहीं मान सकता है ।
(3) धारा 6 व 5 के तहत संयुक्त रूप से दायर किये गये किसी वाद में यदि वादी धारा 6 के वाद में असफल हाे जाये ताे उसके पक्ष में धारा 5 के तहत स्वत्व के आधार पर भी काेई डिक्री पारित नहीं की जा सकती है और यदि उक्त प्रकार की काेई डिक्री पारित की गई है ताे वाे सही नहीं है।

Hello members,
While resigning from my office. My organisation gave me a clearance certificate which had a clause which stated that the organisation had cleared all the dues which was not true. But, they denied giving me my experience letter without signing it. Hence, to get my papers, I wrote a proper corporate mail and along with that after signing on the clearance certificate. I did mention that I haven't received the pending salary amount.
I did that after asking two different lawyers, both suggested that I write a mail n while signing the certificate write the situation regarding pending salary.
Please guide me, if I can file a legal notice against them in the labour court?

Instead of paying at lower court where warrant is issued our advocate has gone and paid in state commission. We hv paid half which is 1 lakh. Rest of the amount should we pay? Rest of amount is 1 lakh.

CHEQUE BOUNCE
I had filed a suit for Rs. 3600000/- being receivable against a debtor the judgement came in my favor. The accused in the given case filed before the sessions court after having lost before THE MM COURT. the accused than at the sessions court failed to pay the min amount and hence the sessions court ordered for issue of conviction warrant.
The conviction warrant is still not executed means that the person is unreachable. He had filed an appeal before the HC seeking stay against the conviction warrant.
The date was supposedly on 03.09.2019. However today the date changed from 03.09.2019 to 28.01.2020. the next date at sessions court is 24.09.19. The R AND P IS HELD at the MM COURT due to non execution of conviction warrant . Request you to kindly guide whether this case will go ahead on 24.09 or the time will be wasted.
