I am having one major girl child, her age at this time is 20yr.Family court has award maintenance. Her mother is appealed to Bilaspur High Court for enhancing the maintenace. My question is following:- 1. My daushter is major child, then without her sign her mother can apply revision for my daughter maintenance? 2. If she (My Ex. Wife) can not apply maintenance then please proved me judgement on this matter. 3, Weather major girl is entitle for maintenace on 125CRPC or 127 CRPC? 4. If no then please provide me judgement. I use to saw an estimate for a road construction. Estimate cost is one core. Estimate provides GST 12% Rs. 1043426 labour welfare fund 100000 . Accordingly govt has to pay this cost. Is it right? Or Contractor who won the tender should bear this cost. Which is correct. All the estimate are prepared like this.

my grandfather had some land which was passed to sons and further to grandsons. grandfather(Late) has 5 sons and 7 grandsons(i am one). ancestral land online record doesnt have my name but of all others even my brother's since i was out for study during name change of land. my queries are-
1. will i get part in land too since it was my grandfathers.
2. what portion will i receive, 1/7th or 1/10th(since my father has two sons). no will was left by grandfather.
3. no mutual division of land has ever been done by father and uncles, now one cousin intends to develop petrol pump on prime part of land, can he do that without consent and how can i stop it.
4 i want that for 10-15 years no development by anyone can be done on that, is there a way for that.

i have given notice to accused under n.i act under section 138. my cheque bounce return memo was recieved on 16.7.2019 and I have sent notice through register post on 5.8.19 to last known address though accused present in house his managed post man to redirect the post to his place of work.i have noticed development through tracking the notice was delivered to accused on 16.8.2019 mean while I have again sent notice by courier on 9.8.2019 and same was recived by accused apartment watchmen who handed over notice cover to wife of accused .now how to compute limitation for filing cheque bounce case whether from 8.7.19 or from 9.8.19 or 16.8.19 please advice

I am planning to purchase a house in bangalore, this property belongs to a women who expired last year, Now husband has changed the Katha (tax document in his name) and had paid tax for one financial year. They have 2 son one is 17 years old and the younger is 13 years old. All the documents seems to be fine, He has all the deeds original and the title looks clear and still in wife's name. Now my question is what is the procedure to purchase the property as minor sons also equally inherit in mothers property along with their father. How to purchase this property and what steps to be followed.

Dear All,
I got married with girl from relative on 15th July-2018., at that time they told that she has completed 12th and ready to continue her further education after marriage, so after marriage it is observed that, she can’t read or write even Marathi, and unable to do the simple calculation of Rs.100 and unable to cook the food. So we try to teach her for four months, after that her father come our house at Diwali and along with her father she went to her parent house. We regularly call to her about her progress and health. After that when we visit to her house on 26th Jan -2019 and asked her father about her progress then he told that, there is no progress in her and he will not take any guarantee that, in future she is capable to do it.
So tell what is your decision otherwise he will go to the court, so we again give him two months’ time period but after that, they call to mediator and started to threating and demanding for money and not interested to send to her matrimonial house. They do these activities regularly and finally when they realise that it will not happen by calling , they arrange face to face meeting and we meet on 4th Aug- 2019. At that time they also demanded money said that we are not interested to send to her.
Every time our stand is the same that, we can ready to take her just teach her basic thing and finally we told that we are agree to take her as it.
1. What should be we do to bring her back and avoid their false and fabricated cases.
2. Suppose we file case at our jurisdiction then she can transfer to her jurisdiction, how can we stop her from transferring the same
