I have approached an advocate for Legal opinion as per requirement of a Bank Loan.He suggested me to obtain certified copies of some Link documents.All are in good condition except one.The document said to be "mortgage deed" is not legible as the scan quality is poor.Original or Photo copy of that document is not available with me.Advocate says Legal Opinion is not possible without that particular document.Is it true?How can I get the mortgage deed copy(transaction occurred before 20 years in another bank)? However I have provided "deed of conveyance" given by the bank(after closing of the loan) relating to the particular mortgage transaction.Is not it sufficient to give legal opinion ?Please guide me.

I had applied for a govt job in Karnataka, I got selected and now I've to produce all semester marksheet infront of KPSC, in one of my marksheet I've SPC (Subject performance Cancelled) infront of one particular subject of 4th semester , because I was caught cheating but they let me write all other exams in that semester and no other punishment was given, KPSC had asked a question while submitting form applying for the job that if I ever got debarred I clicked on NO as debarring is not letting you sit in any of other exams which didn't happen, but now I noticed in notification for job there's written you shouldn't have faced any punishment on morality bases, will they consider me as eligible candidate or not? Please do help.

I have some agricultural land inherited from my father after due partitioning between my brothers. It is situated with in 4km from a nearby town, which as of now is a Panchayat but is slated to be upgraded to a Municipality. Even today rain fed crops are grown in that land. I intend to sell this land because the returns from the land are not satisfactory and the price of land in that area is very high. I am not sure whether I need to pay capital gains tax on the sale proceeds or don’t need to pay because it is agricultural land inherited from parents( ancestral as well). I would appreciate a clarification from any learned Lawyer who can provide authentic (legally) information.

Running business in rented premises last 40 years. My dad who owned business, suddenly he demise and same business took Over by my elder brother and he took incharge for 5years and also the case , ,which was since my dad filed on landlord for not paying us advance amount.
Currently my brother given incharge to me and he started some other business. He wants to take incharge of case and change the firm name in my name(am younger brother) here after he ll not attend any hearing since he is busy with his own schedule..
So please kindly assist me, do law permit to transfer name in case filed will exist as before and shop properitor name also want to. Change it so please let me the procedure to do.

accused gave me a cheque which is dishonored and i sent a registered notice to him on 23.08.2019 and immediately on 24.08.2019 he replied through his counsel by denying the facts of the notice. i filed a complaint under section 138 of Ni act on 08.09.2019 and the same is returned for pre limitation i.e. not gave a time of 15 days for accused for the payment of cheque. my question is it is not valid for pre limitation or not but he replied to my notice by denying the notice facts. what is the solution for this how i move on court. please respond. thanks to all advocates.

My wife physically assaulted me in the premises of women cell in 2016 April.
A criminal case is in progress against her. In June 2016 she filed RCR in a different court
In August 2016 she filed DV against my parents and my 81 year old grandmother at Magistrate court in another district. Her claim is that the property owned by my grandmother is her shared house. Highlighting the reason that the marriage was conducted in a church adjacent to the house of my grandparents for their convenience. I am born, studied and working in another district. In September 2016 she filed 498a in another district. The petition includes stories of stolen ornaments, damaged certificated, physical and mental torture etc.
In December 2016, I filed Divorce.
All the cases are going on.
In August 2019 I got Speedy trial order for DV. since wife went abroad when a part of her cross examination was over..
So, she came home for 4 days and just before the commencement of second part of cross examination, she deleted 3 major reliefs in DV in magistrate court.
Then she filed almost the same petition in family court in the same district. She went abroad again. I understand that this a step to prolong the case for several years. What can be done from my side for speedy disposal?

Maine apni ek agricultural land sale k regarding May 2018 me buyer se agreement ki thi jisme buyer ne 12 month means May 2019 Tak complete payment k baad kharid lene ki baat ki thi, but sir duration complete ho Chuka hai or na hi buyer property kharid Kar rha hai na payment hi Kar RHA , iske regarding maine ek advocate ke through legal notice Diya tha buyer ko jisme ek fix 21 days ki timing mention thi ki ya to buyer 21 days k andar kharid le ya fir sale agreement cancel samjha jayega , but Sir legal notice k baad v buyer ne koi satisfactory response nai Diya or notice ki period v complete ho gai hai , mujhe Kya karna chaiye ,Kya Mai ab wo land kisi or party k Sath sale KR skta Hun,kya isme koi legal problem to nai hoga na , or token money kya wapas krni pdegi ,
