Is it possible for the Applicant to apply for attachment of immoveable property before judgement in an application for maintenance under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (DV Act), as it is feared that the Respondent may sell his property when the maintenance order is issued out by the court?

My friend has a relationship with a girl for last 5 years now the girl is giving threat to my friend that she will comit suicide and my friend have to face the consequences she is given under mental medication treatment what can be done under this situation any help or suggestions kindly guide me regarding this
Also my friend is muslim and girls is hindu. NCR has been filed today in Mumbai charkop police station now what remedies can be used under this circumstances as girls can do anything and held liable to my friend also my friend is afraid of matter like love jihad he is ready to get married but the girls is not ready and harrashing my friend

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing matter regarding a personal loan I obtained from the Bank. The loan amount was ₹510,000, with a repayment term that stipulated an Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) deduction from my account on the 5th of every month. Despite having sufficient funds in my Indian bank account, ICICI Bank failed to notify the Indian Bank, resulting in an unjust penalty being levied on me. This error has caused me significant mental distress, as I was charged for a default that was not mine. Furthermore, this incident has negatively impacted my CIBIL score, which will harm my financial credibility in the future. Even after paying the penalty, I continue to face mental harassment, making it extremely distressing to deal with this situation.

Dear Sir,
The FIR u/s 498A was mischieviously closed by police.The victim filed protest and upon hearing and seeing injury reports and other documents the magistrate wrote "that he does not agree with IO , issued summons to accused husband u/s 498A."
What does it mean in legal terms?

Sir, I had received DM notice through Tehsildar for attaching my property under sarfesi act. Consequently, I filed a case in DRT, subsequently, the Tehsildar Stayed the possession proceedings till the finalisation of case in DRT.
The lawyer of creditor, says that Tehsildar, cannot grant a stay as it is not under his jurisdiction.

Respected Mam,
Interest rate which was fixed in my Gold OD of Rs. 5.00 lacs is not reduced by Bank even after multiple written reminder and 2.5 month of correspondence.
Please get it reduced to the original set ROI i.e. 7.50% as per agreement, which was supposed to be fixed for 3 years.

I bought a property House from Nationalised Bank in Punjab as a notice has been published by Bank under Sarfaesi Act for sale of said property. I bid for this property by checking the property paper inspected at branch level and become Highest bidder in the said eauction. As bank is not having physical possession, Bank's recovery Agency personnel Called me on the time of Bidding and act as Bank personnel and assured me Physical Possession after bidding.
Now Bank is ignoring and not replying in this matter, I have given 90 days to deposit remaining 75% amount under Sarfaesi Act. Current Owner is not vacating the house. Recovery agency is trying to get notice issued from the Tehsildar Office.
What are the option to get the property vacated even if bank unable to Provide Physical Possession.
Bank has published notice in leading Newspaper even without mentioning the details like Symbolic Possession or Physical Possession.
