Hi,
I am writing this for my friend. My friend's husband has filed a divorce petiotn against her in bangalore. But both are from kerala.ANd she wants to transfer this to kerala.Because she dont have any relatives in bangalore. Her husband was born and bought up in bangalore. But their marriage happened in kerala only. she is also working in bnaglaore. Is there any chance for transfering this to her native.??

I have filed SLP(criminal) in Supreme Court against High Court. The Hon'ble judge didnt listen the case. He said its simple summoning in compliant case.Go to trail court.He didnt give any chance to say anything and dismissed it. He is arrogant Judge. When we gave him cittation of Supreme Court. He said I am also SC Judge. Othere judges are also equal to me. So no importance of citation.
I want to file review. I want to know if he again dismisses review Then how can I go for three judge bench. What is currative application

Dear Sir,
On 31.03.2011, an amount of Rs. 4745/- was deducted by the Bank as TDS for FY 2010-11 on Fixed Deposit even after submission of Form 15G and copy of Pan Card.
The amounted was deducted by the Bank on 31.03.2011 but still not deposited to the Tax Department. In this case what to do? Till date no satisfactory answer received from the Bank.

Respected sirs, my mother has a tenancy rights of a shop in ghatkopar and we have put that shop on rent . My mother wants to transfer the tenancy rights in my name due to her failing health.The society is asking for a lump some money for transferring . Just wanted to confirm do we have to pay such a huge amount even if it's within the family . Do any law exist for transferring within family for example for registration it takes just 2% if it's within the family . 2. And what all papers do I need make for transferring . We have been asked to make an affidavit where my mother is surrendering her tenancy rights and a fresh copy of tenancy agreement between me n and society . Please guide. Thank you.

This 498-a is after 16 Years of marriage.
AS OF NOW Police, NGO and girls lawyer have clearly understood that case is FALSE and is with intent to grab the property.
The NGo that was approached by Girl is now actually siding with boy. What i do not understand is that despite all evidence why the police wants to still file the case?
Since now we see this coming We have following queries:
1) As my brother lives in Pune and we parents and his brother live in Mumbai, What are the options we have after the case is filed since our names are included? I mean can we get exemption from frequent attendings and also since my parents are old can they be called only when needed in court?
2) After the FIR is filed and statements taken, my understanding is that it then goes to police commissioners office for final approval. CAN it be stopped there as I have some contacts where I can at least meet commissioner and explain the proof and how false the case is.

Hell All,
Everyone here already aware of my case.
1.My wife and her father arrested and remanded based on my Cybercrime complaints under IT ACT 66A,67A & Sec 4 TNHWP.
2.My wife filed 498A case against me and my family members for the same chargesheet has benn filed but in the charge sheet only my name is there and I got summon for the same.
3.And we have filed divorce as well she has filed Maintance too.
4.Now we are seeking for compromise ,my wife agreed that she no need any maintance and propert sharing from me and readt to witdraw dowry case and give divorce under Mutual concern
5.My Lawyer and her Lawyer they had initial talk in that they have suggested Quashing the case (498A and Cybercrime case) by filing affidiviat .
6.Am havin doubt regading quashing of case,they are asking as to file quasing petion for 498A case and they will file affidiviat for the same.And they will file quashing petion for Cybercrime case we will file affidiviat for the same.
7.Here my question after filing affidiviat ,whether they can say we can't with draw the case ?Any risk in this...
Please give me your feedbacks...

Hi,
My query is can a trustee claim any remuneration in these cases:
1) As a trustee (if mentioned in trust deed/ not mentioned).
2) As a regular employee(Say principal/director of School/college run by same Trust). Is it required to mentioned this in trust deed.
Also, can he receive any interest on loan given to trust for running a education institute. if yes, is it required to be there in trust deed.

Can Experts provide inputs in regard to What is the Procedure - Whom and Where to File - Submit Urgent Mentioning Filled in Form - Delhi High Court.
Is only 1 Copy of the Urgent Mentioning Form is to be Filed or 2 0r photocopies of the same is to be filed.
Is the Urgent Mentioning filled in form is to be given at the Filing Counter or Where it is to be submitted.
