Can Experts provide inputs in regard to What is the Procedure - Whom and Where to File - Submit Urgent Mentioning Filled in Form - Delhi High Court.

Is only 1 Copy of the Urgent Mentioning Form is to be Filed or 2 0r photocopies of the same is to be filed.

Is the Urgent Mentioning filled in form is to be given at the Filing Counter or Where it is to be submitted.
