My mother was presently/for few days staying in Amritsar but had property in New Delhi.She made a will in Amritsar and registered it.Could she register her will in Amritsar having property in New Delhi.

Dear Sir,
I made payments to a builder some through bank loan and remaining from my savings for buying a flat. Now, I seem to have misplaced a few of the receipts. The payment details are available in my bank statements. Is it possible to ask for duplicate receipts from the builder and is he bound by law to provide me the receipts. Please advise how should I approach the builder for claiming receipts as he will be reluctant in providing these.

My passport was deposited with a session court against court's order.
After five years i could not remember that it was with court and lodged a police general diary and got a fresh passport issued.
i have never travelled with new passport.
but now after 2 years while going through the case documents i found that old passport is with court.
Not to leave country without informing court and court leave.
Matter pending disposal.
Old passport has expired in2012.
New passport issued in 2010.
I have never traveled on the new duplicate passport.
My ex staff blackmailing me.
I want to inform the passport authority but lawyers says that i will be prosecuted.
I am a senior citizen and have beeb on anti-depressants for last 20 years.
How shall i go about it.

my petition under HMA sec. 11 r/w sec 5 (i) allowed.
marriage declared null & void.
wife failed to prove that her earlier marriage was dissolved as per custom.
she filed appeal.
R&P, paperbook etc. formalities completed.
the case is for final hearing.
Bombay HC directed the District court to conclude the appeal as per sec. 21 B.
appellant is NOT ADVANCING FINAL ARGUMENTS
all the time they keep telling this / that reason to delay the case.
kindly suggest remedy.

I have filed cases under HMA Art 125 and domestic voilence act but my councel is not taking any intrest regarding any querry just after filing .I have paid 50% of total. can I replace him and also can i have any refund.Pl advice an advocate at Karkardoma court.

So guys here is the update and my query:
Finally the 498-a sword fell on us. Investigating Office informed us that FIR is lodged and we must now all come for Bail.
As me and my parents live in Mumbai and My brother lives in Pune who's wife has filed 498, we wanted to get our name deleted.
So we first went to Addl commissioner who said he will instruct the officer to delete our names. The Inspector still insisted that we all attend the bail proceeding. So now today we went to DCP's office who himself called the Inspector to remove our names. Now we were glad but guess what who spoiled the show??!!. It was the lawyer who said since the FIR has all the names we must appear for bail together!!.
So guys now we are stuck again. Is there a way out. We have to go on Monday for this and i am hoping if you guys have any clues then pl tell us.

Sir, my wife is with her mother since last 17 months. There was /is no contact at all they only suggested (father and mother) they are going to separate but no initiative from their side and no such written doucemnts. Even girl is so childish. But she was good with me and mother is so greed (really i feel ego is the problem). Sir can i move a notice and ask my wife to come and stay with me. I approached an advocate and she had a talk with her mother. Girl's mother informed she want to talk to their relations (they also advocates) and inform within two days. What is the approtiate step for me now can you gude me sir - i pray to guide me i intention is to move a notice to girl and stay with me (surely mother and father will not send her as she is more dependednt on fatehr and mother). If i move a notice whether is is valid. Can you guide me - pray for your guidance. Truely rajesh - Trichur Kerala

My father and mother are the gpa owner of a dda flat.
My father died in 2011.now we are two brothers and we want the 100% property in our mothers name.
