I have filed cases under HMA Art 125 and domestic voilence act but my councel is not taking any intrest regarding any querry just after filing .I have paid 50% of total. can I replace him and also can i have any refund.Pl advice an advocate at Karkardoma court.

please to patient, defenetly your counsel will inform , if you want change of vakalat, you could not get amount

If the counsel is renowned, wait for some time. Exercise patience. They will not listen to you whenever you wish. They will take up the matter when it is required.
If you so particular to change the counsel, you have to obtain NOC from him before giving vakalat to another.

Lawyer can be changed if the client is not satisfied with his services even without NOC in certain circumstances.
Better wait, it is for the lawyer to take steps as and when required. Sometime it is not possible respond as the client wish.

if your lawyer is not taking any interest in your case you are at liberty to change your advocate . ask him to issue NOC . you cant get refund of fees already paid .
