R/Sir When I was unemployed, I was appeared in the interview of two central govt. PSUs {let the name of PSU be ‘X’ and ‘Y’} and got selected in ‘X’. I had joined ‘X’ with all the basic formalities and by signing the bond for serving at least 4 years and if failed to serve, I have to deposit notice period pay of 03 month. ‘X’ has issued my joining letter after some days of joining, but after 20 days of joining I had got selected in ‘Y’ also. I had decided to join ‘Y’. Therefore I had send my resignation on personal ground to ‘X’, in my resignation letter I had not disclosed about my selection in 'Y'. Since without NoC from previous employer, I was not supposed to join ‘Y’, so I had decided not to disclose my previous employer detail in attestation form (by ignoring the warnings of attestation form). I had completed one month in ‘Y’. My query is that:- (1)If by any means ‘Y’ came to know about my previous employment with ‘X’, can any disciplinary action against me will be initiated?? (2)Could I submit NoC of ‘X’ after few months. (3)What will happen if I will submit NoC after any action against me??? (4)Does 'Y' can start enquiry on anonymous complaint.
(5)When and how will i come to know about any action??

Dear Sir / Madam
I am residing in mumbai pagdi type building this building are 60 years old & 27 tenants in building structure are ground plus 2 floor. 8 tenants are residence& 19 tenants are commercial (made by landlord). That time building are very poor condition In so all tenants are thing & ready to repair the building without any basic structure change & without any amount demanding from landlord.
All tenants are contribution fund & repair from are best architecture plan wise. All tenants are application with building structure audit report to B.M.C. & local NAGER SHEVKA & MLA & LANDLORD also but no one helps & responds.
TENANTS ARE HAVE BUILDING STRUCTURE AUDIT.
So plz your best advice gives us.it is very urgent case .

I narrate the complete case kindly guide me how to proceed with i am a female working in a government school in tamil nadu .i taken a loan from Co-operative society where as I signed a guarantor for my principal and he signed for me. In this situation I had a personal misunderstanding with him and completely stop talking to him. I got due for my co-operative societies loan where as he too have dues but being a drawing officer with the personal vengeance he detected only my due amount where as many of them woking in the same school having dues months to gether. Co-operative society given only due notice for all the staffs not mention only my name but he detected only my salary knowing. By knowing I am away from husband and I cannot defend myself he is putting lot off work discrimination and financial pressure on me. I field an RTI on this incident to know the fact still now he never replied for it and also he informed to close friend that let me see how she will take housing loan . kindly guide me how to approach this incident. Is there a possibility to with draw my guarantorship or how can I make him to pay the dues. Note :- no one had paid due months together even he got due.

Dear Sirs,
I have lodged a NC at local police station in the presence of the opposite party. Police has issue me a copy of NCR lodged under section 507 of IPC.
How I have to proceed further in the matter? Is it compulsory for me to make an application to the magistrate? If yes, what is time limit? If not, what is the importance and time validity of said NCR issued by police?

Hi Sir/Madam,
In my married life, now there is no love, respect and trust left as among us, there has been vigrous tussles in past 6-8 months. Even my wife has started beating me but I did not retaliate since I feel my kids life will be hell. Now she is getting encouraged now and becoming habitual of such things. Yesterday we had a heated arguments and she again started hitting me punches and slaps for 3rd time.
I know its quite shameful for me to bear and to disclose such things publicly but my kids are my weaknesses. I want to get rid of this relation and keep my kids with me only.
I want to teach her a lesson legally. She thinks I am coward enough to bear her brutalities.
Is there any legal way which I can initiate so that Police also get convinced from me without her knowledge. So that next time she does the same thing, I will report directly to police and file a case against her.
I know my life will be ruined if I do so but I believe this will be the only option which is left for me and I wont expiate for what I have done. If you have any other alternatives then please let me know.
How can I get evidence against my wife about her doing? I know If I dont have any evidence, no one will trust me and I have to go to Jail which I believe no gentlement wants. As most of the laws are in favour of women.
Kindly suggest me what should I do.

my grand father acquire property in fathers name and father give also a affidavit in a court case and say that property purchase by his father in his name and it is his joint family property iam married daughter of father now father is not ready to give me any share in my grand father property please advice me what can i do and legaly in what position iam

I AM KANNAN J I AM HAVING A CRIMINAL CASE WITH CBI; I ENGAGED A LAWYER NOW THAT PERSON IS NOT GIVING CLEAR PICTURE ABOUT THE CASE AND HE IS NOT ATTENDING THE CASE PROPERLY; HE IS NOT GIVING NOC ALSO, THE JUDGE IS TELLING WITHOUT NOC I CAN'T ALLOW ANOTHER LAWYER TO CONTINUE THE CASE; I HAD ALREADY FILED A COMPLIANT IN A BAR COUNCIL;
PLEASE HELP ME TO COME OUT OF THIS PROBLEM SINCE ALL THE DOORS WHERE CLOSED I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO PLEASE ADVISE ME HOW TO COME OUT OF THIS PROBLEM

I filed a complaint before M.M.u/s 200 CRPC, regarding forgery of some documents.
M.M. had only three options-
1)To reject the complaint
2)To send it to the police for registration of case & investigation.
3)To record the statement of complainant u/s 200 CRPC.
But he directed the complainant to approach the concerned police station without any direction for registration of a case.
Is it permissible?
where is the provision under the code regarding such direction by M.M.to ask the complainant to approach to police.
