respected experts,
we filed a riminal case u/s 452,323,506,147,427 ipc against my brother ,his wife and his in laws..jst after 2 days my brother's father in law filed a counter case u/s 498a,323,324,506,3/4 dp act and 452,336 were added during investigation..against my brother ,me and my father..but in chargesheet they given an affidavit to the IO and they removed my brother's name from the chargesheet...
we went to the Allahabad H.court against the chargesheet u/s 482 crpc. for quashing bt H.court refused to quash the proceding and directd to get interim bail under the Amrawati ruling...we appeard in the CJM court..and got the regular bail from the CJM court ...main points of argument were-
1. our FIR was registrd 2 days before ,so its jst a counter attack.
2.husband name was removed from the 498a chargesheet ...although in FIR husbnd was the main accused...
now the opposite party is going to appeal in dist. judge court against bail granted to us by CJM...
plz tell is there a chance that our bail will be canceld..
if this happens thn how should we get instant relief..
is there any ruling of Supreme Court in which upper court rejected the bail cancellation apeal..
on what ground our bail could get canceld..

a case was registered against me u/s 107/150. i was not arrested but got a bail from sdm office. simply went to sdm office for 6 to 7 times to sign in a register.after few months i was discharged.
1, m i eligible for govt job
2, i was prosecuted or not
3, do i need to mention same in govt job forms
4, in police verification what will be there
feedback.
5, also my name was misspelled in fir, is it favourable to me

Dear Experts,
I wanted to file a RTI application in Bangalore, Karnataka.
I am not having enough idea to file the RTI so i want to ask my query to you:
I need information in zerox copies but i don't know howmany zerox copies will be there so how can i pay RTI fees for this(as i know it will charge Rs.2/- per page) and when should i pay?
Should i pay it while i am sending the application with Rs.10 through reg. AD Post?
(I am sorry if my question is wrong, if it is please do the correction.)

One has to pay rent on his hut in a slum area after being made eligible by issue of Photopass by BMC in Mumbai. However if there is a delay, what is the rate at which one has to pay the interest or penalty or other such charges. In which rule or notification will I get to know the same.
In my case the Hut is of 21x7 feet, the Photopass holder has paid his last rent for the year 2008 and has to now pay till dated.

Respected Experts , After my dowry demand compliant against my husband and inlaws , FIR got registered thru Mahila Thana (Women Police Station) . Now my husband got bail after he surrendered ( while his AB was rejected by session court) . Police has put the file in the court and on every date my husband is appearing along with his adocate for charge framing . My advocate is saying that myself will be summoned to appear in the court after the charge framing is done. As of now neither me nor my advocate is appearing in the case of 498a. Now my query is 1) will it not effect on the case that niether me nor my advocate is appearing on the hearing date of this case. 2) how much normal time court is taking to frame the charge ?

I am a lawyer who has just started practicing with a banking institution. I am a bit confused about the nature of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and would be glad if experts here can solve my queries:
1. What is the nature of the Act, is it substantive, procedural or a mixture of both. More so, is it civil substantive, civil procedural, criminal substantive or criminal procedural, also if the provisions of the act can be categorised thereof.
2. What was the purpose of the statute?
3. What are the provisions in the Act that relates to the compliance of the decision (order, judgment, decree)?
4. In case of non- compliance what are the remedies available under the Act? (Relevant provisions)
5. Which are the courts that have jurisdiction under the Act? What is the territorial and pecuinary jurisdiction of such courts? Which is the Original, Appellate and Revisional forrum under the Act?
6. Who has a locus standi under the Act? Who can initiate an action and against whom can an action be taken (Relevant provisions)?

Police verification for govt job
Sir, I've been selected for armed forces and police verification is pending. sir, in 2010 a forge fir was registered against me and my father by a photographer stating that i broke his camera and beaten him up. but the inspector during the inquiry put FR (filed report).Now I'm worried, would it affect my job opportunity. please help, am really worried.
