Govt job after a case has been discharged

a case was registered against me u/s 107/150. i was not arrested but got a bail from sdm office. simply went to sdm office for 6 to 7 times to sign in a register.after few months i was discharged.

1, m i eligible for govt job
2, i was prosecuted or not
3, do i need to mention same in govt job forms
4, in police verification what will be there
feedback.
5, also my name was misspelled in fir, is it favourable to me

pls repply ..i want to be assure.......experts opinions r different.......u can uderstand my situation a m selected in a bank but my past creating problems for me
