Details of case
WP no. 16719 of 2003
Date of decision. 23/12/2003
Andhara pardesh pensioners samaj vs principal secretary finance govt
Andhra high court
Hi Team,
It all happened back in October 2012 in Faridabad district of Haryana State.
Mother was in extra marital affair with landlord and pulled her 17 year daughter to have sex with his landlord lover and this continues for almost 6 month. The daughter was threatened to be quite. When the landlord greed for sex did not get satisfy then he tried to do the same thing to her younger sister as well which she opposed and was beaten badly. The mother took her 17 year old daughter to some family function in UP and in the middle of the journey the landlord get both of them down from bus and conspicuously mother sat in the landlord car with daughter. The landlord took them to some hotel in UP nearby the family functioned and raped the daughter again in unconscious condition due to some mediation. Next morning the girl fined pain in her lower abdomen and blood stain. She was again threatened not to speak. The Elder daughter then gathered courage from Delhi's Nirbhaya Case and told her father the whole story. The local police and local so called galichaap netas were given favors by landlord and case did not get register even after the intervention of Commissioner of Police. Local Chowki, Thana, CP office and local galichaap netas messed up the whole case in such a way that it was finally registered in UP (as she was raped there in that village). Now the case was on hold for long one year due to UP court advocate was given favors by landlord. Now per suggestion we changed the lawyer who in 15 days gets NBW issued for both mother and landlord.
Now, after filing 10+ RTI's with Commissioner of Police ( with our NGO help) the girl (daughter) has mastered the case study and can contest her case in Faridabad to nail the police for messing with whole due to delay and not following the Supreme Court guidelines in handling the Rape Case.
Please suggest if she can contest her own case as we can neither trust nor afford good lawyer to contest this case. I would also like to mention that DLSA, Fbd has been proved good for nothing in this case.
Thanks fro reading the detailed text as I could not make it more precious then this.

I am currently employed with SBBJ as a Scale II officer in a samll town in Rajashthan. My Husband is emploed with a private firm that has presence in Delhi only.
I have made tranfer application since my marriage about 6 months back but there is no action on the same. This is a inter-zonal transfer situation.
My Mother in law is a cardiac patient and requires attention. I am currenlty pregenant and not in good health. In prevailing circumstaces it is increasingly getting difficult to stay far of from family.
Please advise whether the are any rules or court rulings that can help female employees seek tranfer to a branch near to family residence on medical/marriage grounds.
Reagrds,

Dear Sir/Madam,
Always Thanks for LCI contributions.
My name is Brijesh Kumar on educational certificates ie,10th class and Graduate. The same name is also on Voting card/DL/PAN.But on professional qualification certificate it is Brijesh Kumar Goyal as I added my surname"Goyal" being my sub caste(also being inhabitant of using Goyal)unintentionally on only last exam.form application.
As now I get aware of and am precaution for future,
So Pls.Provide me legal advise:
-Should I get correction in professional certificate or not ?(Note Year of qualification-2006)
OR)
Can I make an affidavit for two names being related to one and same person,if it will work in future,if needed.
If I want "Goyal" to be part of my name in future:
-Should I get "Goyal"added to Voting card/DL/PAN etc? If yes what is the way out.
-Can I make an affidavit for name change/adding "Goyal" and publish in local news paper of my address.
-Is publication in gazette is mandatory as it is just mere addition of last name.
Pls.Guide me.
Thanks in advance.

according to payment wages act 1936 what is the salary structure?
By filing a criminal revision petition u/s 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C. in the High Court, I had sought to challenge a maintenance Order passed under section 125 of Cr.P.C. by Family Court allowing the application granting maintenance to my wife. Since I could not cross-examine the prosecution witnesses and from that stage I could not participate in the proceedings.
The revision was allowed and trial court was directed to allow me to cross-examine the prosecution witnesses and continue the proceedings therefrom and proceed as per law.
However the clever Senior Counsel for the Respondent (i. e. Counsel of my wife) asked one relief from the Court that the prosecution witnesses want to submit one more document which they could not lead earlier and the same was granted by the court despite my strong objection.
Queries:
1. Whether exercising revisional jurisdiction, the High Court was right in granting such a relief to the prosecution (i.e. my Wife) to lead more documents at this stage when they already deposed as a prosecution witnesses and submitted documents which they rely upon.
2. As per my knowledge, the same relief could have been left to the trial court to decide on merit after hearing parties because it lies within the jurisdiction of trial court?
3. What is next remedy available to assail this prejudicial relief sought by the said Counsel, because granting such relief is tantamount to allowing the prosecution to lead further evidence in the case which is not proper to grant by the High Court at this stage?
4. Any helpful Citations etc.?
Correct me if I am wrong!

Hello experts,
If my relative(presiding officer) is absent on the day of polling, what should be done with the remuneration money that he has accepted on the day of training? Also, when and where should the medical certificate be submitted as one expert has suggested? PLEASE REPLY URGENTLY.
Gpa and agreement to sale document
I have bought a dda flat (leased)property. This property is sold 6 - 7 times on GPA and Agreement to sale. Now i want to make this property free hold. When i saw all the GPA and Agreement to sale i found that one of the GPA and Agreement to Sale have some problem.
Third no of person sold the property and transfer his GPA and "Agreement to sale" to husband and wife.
GPA made on wife name and agreement to sale was on Husband name in 1993. After that husband had sold the property and transfer all the document to next party and next party sold property to us and transfer all the document with our name. We have bought this property 10 year back.
Now my question is:
1) Who have right to sold the property (GPA holder or the person who have agreement to sale).
2) if only GPA holder have this right what should i do now to make my property register as free hold.
