Can anyone please help me in providing judgements or links to the judgements for the below scenario.
Husband applied for divorce as he was not unable to bare the torture of the wife. Under section 13(1)(i). She used to show superiority complex as her earnings was more than him. She suffered him a lot but there are no proofs for that.
They got married a year back only; both of them lived alone in a rented apartment after their marriage. Parents of husband stayed in their home town. Wife left house after quarreling with husband. There are no children for them.
Once after receiving divorce notice wife filed complaint under 498 A , Sec 506 , Sec 3 & 4 of DP act on all the family members even though parents of husband are not residing under one roof and not even in same city.
After that she filed for RCR also. Again she filed DVC complaint on husband. Now the RCR case came to arguments and judgement phase.
498 A and DVC cases are still in process.
Can anyone please help me in providing judgements for the cases where divorce is granted when a husband had applied for divorce under section 13(1)(i) where wife filed false 498 a and DVC complaints against him and his family members.
Divorce should be granted in favor of husband’s request.
Q-1: Whether a Complainant,–
-“after a counter-FIR of non-cognizable offence lodged on her behalf as a counter to an FIR of cognizable offence lodged against her and others in connection with an occurrence-
-and-
-in pursuance thereof the jurisdictional police submitted their report u/s 173(2) of Cr.P.C. against her and others and cognizance was taken thereof by the Jurisdictional Court and criminal proceedings instituted thereto”,-
-can file a fresh FIR,-
-“on alleged allegations pertaining to past to the said occurrence, about different cognizable offence alleged to have already been committed in territorial Jurisdiction in which the said criminal proceedings is going on”,-
-with the police of other territorial jurisdiction?
Q-2: Whether a Complainant, can file an FIR of Cognizable offence,-
-“in respect of a Cognizable offence alleged to have already been committed at the time when she preferred to lodge an FIR of non-cognizable offence allegedly committed against the accused in the same territorial Jurisdiction”,-
-in the police station of other territorial Jurisdiction?
NOTE:
(Are there any other legal parameter is required to be answered in respect of the above to decide the said questions of Law?)
(Whether these questions of law are fit to be decided by the Apex Court of the Land?)

Dear Friends, first of all I want to confirm the existing FDI limit in retail. As per my knowledge the same is as under: 1. Single Brand retail: 100 FDI allowed(49% sutomatic route in excess of 49% with Central Govt. Multiple Brand Retail- No FDI is allowed even with Govt. approval. Now my query is: A Ltd deals in whole sale trade and has FRI of about 30%. It wants to operate in retail sector with multiple brands but can'nt do retail sale under FDI policy. However A ltd has a private company in the same gropu in which there is no FDI.But Directors and Indian shareholders are same in both the company. Can this Private company can do retail/online/e commece business with customers directly after buying the goods from A Ltd. as its wholesale/distributor.Please advise. Thansk

I would like deposit of some lakes to pandiyan grama bank. But somebody peoples are saying don’t deposit rural bank, deposit on nationalized bank like this. Pandiyan grama bank undertaken central government and Indian overseas bank.
Questions:
1. If I deposit amount to pandiyan grama bank, is it safe equal to nationalized bank ?
2. If nationalized bank’s NPA increased, public fixed deposit what will happen?
3. Private bank also safe or not to fixed deposit?
Please answer the above questions.

My queries are:

What action could be suggested for enforcing fundamental rights ??
2 Since chargsheet is filed purely on the basis of forged list without mentioning of the claimed sources of the funds, cash flow money ect..whether complaint can be made to DGP rank officers to issue directions to police to give undertaking in trial court that their investigation was not in accordance with the rules
