I am quiting my current job from june 14.My fixed term contract have completed in march 14,still it is not renued and i have got my two months salary also.i have a quary that whether i have to give three month salary or not.because i am going to resign and discontinue my contractf of my job from 1st june 2014.

Sir/Madam,
I had had lodged 5 online complaints against my 5 neighbors individually, for unauthorized and illegal constructions to GHMC, ( GRATER HYDERABAD MUNCIPAL CORPORATION ) as they are taken G + 1 floor permission by built G + 4 floors, of these two of them are filled case in court for regularization of building.
I am not satisfied with staff of circle office because they are not taking proper action on remaining complaints and I had approached higher official in head office for taking necessary action, in these regard chief city planner had telephoned and talked to circle office of City planner and instructed/warned to take seviour action.
City planner had ego problem with me for approaching higher official and in these regard he had advised one of my compliant to lodged compliant against me of under unauthorized & Illegal construction, so that action can be taken on me.
Now online compliant was lodged against me stating that house was not constructed according to sanction plan, no setbacks are maintained, and city planner was sanded notice to me asking me to show my Xerox copies of sanction plan and link documents of my house within three days otherwise action will be taken according to GHMC rules.
My house was constructed in the year 1993 by taking permission from MCH by following all rules and regulation and we are paying property tax promptly. Since 21 years are over, now I don’t have original or Xerox copy of sanction plan, only thing is have sale deed and partition deed copy of my house.
So please advice me in these regard and as per my knowledge only building constructed after 2010 year only GHMC should take action, and my house was build in 1993.

I gave some money to my friend's mother. Now she is not giving it back. When am asking the money she is threatening me, that she will suit a criminal case against me for doing illegal money lending buisness. I gave the money when she cried in front of me, telling her emergency. I have a blank promissory note signed by that lady and a blank cheque signed by her son. WHAT SHOULD I DO ... ?? PLEASE HELP ...

I ahve been implicated in a false case7 498a case U/s 307,323,504,506 and 3/4 D.P. Act and the trial is going on.
125 crpc is ls going on
Unfortunately one more Domestic Violence case was filed in court
they don't come in on date and i have to go there
sombody was saying b'coz already 498a case is fgoing on so DV can be stayed by the upper court both DV and 498a cases can not be run by the court so you pleaase fguide me what shoul i do

Dear Sir,
my employer has deducted IT form my salary for 06 months and not deposited the same with IT dept.
he has also not issues any Form-16 inspite of several requests and reminders.
kindly advise as to what is the recourse i can avail and what legal provisions exist against such a issue. i also havent got salary for 09 months for which i have initiated a legal notice and corresponding period EPF not deposited.
the above IT is out of salaries paid previous to these 09 months salary nonpayment

Respected sir / madam,
I have two children. This is year I have admitted my elder daughter to pvt matriculation school under RTE ( right to education ). That school required my earning salary certificate, residence certificate and caste certificate also. But I got salary and residence certificate, I can not get caste certificate. But now school giving the last date 10-06-2014.
If I ask Taluk office they are not responsible and saying your caste certificate we can’t give, because collector orders like this. But I asked collector office by phone, they are not give any order to written / oral. My caste certificate got more people.
In taluk office application I have attached my collage certificate and taluk office caste certificate of me. But they not give to my child’s. I don’t know why? In tamilnadu government website showing if caste certificate need to anybody, they submit ration card Xerox enough like this.
Questions:
How I get caste certificate to my daughter?
Where shall I compliment regarding this matter?

Date of bairth differs in school's marksheet.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I pursue my school from Haryana Board.
In the eighth class board and 10th class board mark sheet my dob is 06 April 1991.
But my actual dob in birth certificate is 28 September 1993, which is my actual dob.
A few days ago for the same issue, i visit at haryana board office, which is at Bhiwani(Haryana). They told me on the basis of birth certificate, we can change it.
After that i meet with a lawyer, who tells me to file a case against haryana board.
And the issue will be solve out.
Now i want to know what i have to do.
On the basis of mark sheet i take my pan card and open bank account with wrong dob.
Now i want to know if my dob not change in mark sheet but with the help of birth certificate i can change it in my pan card and on other documents.
Please know me what is the suitable process.
If you know any other process which help me more, know me the same.
