About domestic voilence and 498a

Respected Lawyers,
I ahve been implicated in a false case7 498a case U/s 307,323,504,506 and 3/4 D.P. Act and the trial is going on.
125 crpc is ls going on
Unfortunately one more Domestic Violence case was filed in court
they don't come in on date and i have to go there
sombody was saying b'coz already 498a case is fgoing on so DV can be stayed by the upper court both DV and 498a cases can not be run by the court so you pleaase fguide me what shoul i do

Sorry, both 498A case and DV case can be filed and proceeded with simultaneously.
There is absolutely no legal impediment in it.
