My husband died in accident .I have minor child girl of 1 year .my husband has a brother and sister . How much rights she hold over her grandmothers property ?

I am working as a manager in a PVT. LTD. Co. registered in Delhi having turnover is more than 150 crore through it's 35 Branches in all over India and running from more than 20 years.Employee strength is also from 150 to 350 person.it is in manufacturing sector also. As a manager i have not any right to sanction any thing it's a single man show organisation.
The Company is not following any rules Related to its employees. i.e as follows
1. Only ESI and PF of few peoples is
deducting and depositing
2. There is no provision for Gratuity is
there
3. There is only 6 national holidays IN A
YEAR.
4. No medical leave here
5. No Earn leave here
6. only 6 days Casual leave is there which
can be availed 2 days in a month only.
7. there is no work no pay environment
here.
i am serving this company more than 15 years. now i would like to leave this co.
I would like to ask that may I claim any benefit (i.e Gratuity,leave encasement,Bonus etc) however the company is not proving any thing.
Please suggest me how,where and when I can claim for the benefit.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
If Gratuity is a part of CTC of employees can an employee claim gratuity if he has not completed 5 years of service at the time of leaving the Company. It may be noted that the same (Gratuity amount) is deducted from his/her salary on a monthly basis
Is there a Supreme court Judgement recently to that effect

Me and my wife had hindu marraige in India, bombay.
We were staying in USA for 5 years.
i went to india for some time ( about 20 days). there me and
my wife had fight. She has medical report done.
I am back in USA. She has filed a DV ( simple application) in India.
Both of us want to resolve the matter but she is asking
me to give written confession in police.
1) If she files an DV FIR in India can I be summoned by the indian law.
2) If i accept in writing can it be used against me in USA.

Hi,
I am Sangam. I want to ask about my right in the self earned property of my grandfather.My Grandfather has two sons and one daughter(married). He has two grandchildren from his elder son and two from younger son. His younger son (my father) died of cancer this year. Now my grandfather and uncle are asking us to leave the house and the business (in which my father worked for years). They are not ready to give us anything. I am just 18 and my younger sister is just 15. We dont have anything. So I wanted to know (1)Do I have any legal right in my grandfather's property and what should be the proportion of my share? and (2)What should I do now?
I need help. Any assistance will be appretiated.

My parents had some property in Vizag about 600 Sq Yrds each. My father was in the services of APSEB now APEPDCL. Luckily he mentioned his designation in the document. He passed away last year 2013 jan 20th. My mother was also a pensioner from the state Govt servises as staff nurse. My mother passed away in 1986. After her death my father was drawing her family pension till he died. After his death I now came to know some one in 2003 has impersonated saying he is the only son of my parents and since they are dead he is the sole legal heir and disposed the property. He first created a registered promissory note in 2003 and the lender made a GPA if money not repaid. Then on the GPA the property is sold.Please guide me. I have proof of my father drawing his pension/family pension, Bank statements, original documents of the property, Tax paid till 2010 on the said properties. My father was above 90 when he passed away.Can someone please guide me on how to approach the problem.

My in laws demanding money to get divorce
Hi I am Parikshit,
My marriage lasted only for 1 month. My wife is at her parents' house since 1st April-14. Now they are demanding money to get divorce. I am ready to take her in but she is not ready. Now following is the question.
1) If i Pay a lump sum amount as Alimony is this acceptable in the eyes of law?
2) They are threatening to use law and charge me with false cases like dowry, Domestic Violence. But this they are threatening us not directly but through other relatives. What should i do to safeguard my interest and prevent any false case slapped on me and my family?
3) can I approach Local police station to file at least an "NC"?
4) When I approached Local police station they asked me to visit All Women Police Station. Is this as per procedure?
Please help guide me. I am a salaried person. IF there is any false case slapped against me, my carrier would be ruined.
Please help.
