Hi All,
My name is Viren Shukla I work for a reputed IT organisation here in Bangluru.
Recently my project with the client got over and now I am on bench(resource pool)
My employer is forcing me to leave the organisation by serving 1 month notice.
Although my Notice period is of 3 months
My offer letter says that either party can terminate the employment by giving 90 days of notice or salary.
and the
Company has the right to terminate immediate if I fall under any of the below categories which is not the case.
Offence-
Of noncognizable nature
Which hampers the organisations reputation.
Involving Moral Grounds.
The HR head is constantly forcing me to resign by serving a 1 month notice.
I am a lone earning member of a family with age more of 35 years and its difficult to get a job at this age.
I am working with this organisation for past 16 months.
Please suggest who is right and what should I do
Regards
Viren S. Y.

Respected Experts, My Wife has Filed Sec 125 and Sec 13 against me one year back. In both of the cases she has put allegations of Impotency, Dowry Demand, Obscenity, Throwing Her Out Of House on me, Which are all false (please take my word for it) and as such has not provided and evidence for any of allegations (None Exists). I am fighting the case diligently and expect to win them, However due to the seemingly biased laws, She is constantly delaying the proceedings by putting up application after application, Because She knows that I being in defence can not find time to keep replying to all these applications and can not prolong the case very long, neither can I afford to keep paying the lawyer for so long. Infact Now my Boss is also reluctant to give me leave for my hearings which are twice in a month.
Now I had been planning to Put Sec 499 (Defamation) on my wife so as to stop her from putting applications. However in most cases Defamation is not accepted by Court if the allegations are only made in court and not to a Third Party or Publically. But Now She has sent a letter to My CO allegating same (Impotency, Dowry Demand, Obscenity, Throwing Her Out Of House) along with a copy of her Sec 13 application. Thus in a way she has publically alleged me of these things and has herself disclosed the court proceedings to a Third Party and making is a satisfying condition for Sec 499. So based on the copy of her letter to my CO, Can I now file a Defamation Suit on her..???

Sir,
I am working with district court, Delhi. I have joined the office in 2009 as an L.D.C.. Now in 2014 I have selected as stenographer in the same office/department in a open competitive exam. I have applied for the stenographer post through proper channel. I have joined my duties as stenographer in April, 2014.
Now by the grace of of God I am going to become father in July 2014. The accounts officer is not answering me clearly whether I would be eligible for 15 days Paternity leave or not. The department had put me on a probation period of 2 years for the post of stenographer but I have applied through proper channel and I am getting my past service benefits i.e. EL, CL, ML etc.
Therefore, all experts are requested to kindly provide/ suggest me any law whether I should get paternity leave or not.
Thanks and regards
Naseeb Kumar

I am searching for a 1 BHK rented property at Janakpuri, New Delhi. Last Sunday i.e. on 01.06.2014, I met a property dealer there. He showed the property and I said OK; the property is fine for me.He told that the monthly rent will be Rs. 10500 and registered rent agreement will have to be made. Also, he asked me to pay Rs. 5000 to the owner of the property.I then paid Rs. 5000 as an advance for the security money and paid Rs. 3000 to the property dealer for registered rent agreement. He has also taken Rs. 3000 from the owner. Owner gave him Rs. 3000 out of total 5000 Rs. which I had paid to him.
Suddenly, I have been asked by company to join at Angul, Odisha site for one year. Then, I contacted the property dealer.
But, he is saying that he has already processed for registered rent agreement. He told that he has submitted the fee and now, there is a long procedure to get the cancellation.
Interesting thing is that he has not collected any of our documents for registration.
He also told that Court at Basai Darapur, New Delhi will send us a date through sms. On that date, both the parties will have to remain present before the court for registry.
I want to know what is the actual registration fee for this rent agreement including all the fee i.e court fee etc.
since, I have paid all the money in cash. How can I get my money back?
Please guide me.
Thanks,
Gopal
