To all experts,
A Hindu father is having self acquired properties both immovable and movable. He is aged about 95 years, not able to understand what is happening around. He is mentally ill and suffering from one type of mental illness. Sometime he is not able to recognize his children and wife also. He has three sons and one daughter. The father has to perform his nature calls with the help of sons only.
In these circumstances, the sons and daughter want to partition the properties. Can they partition the properties. Will they have to take court permission. What is the procedure.
I request the learned experts opinions in this aspect.

Respected Jury,
I have been married to a girl as per hindu tradition on 10 May 14. But havnt registered my marriage yet.The third day after my marriage i came to know that she was forced to marry with me. Though we are in relationship for 09 years. But after i joining the job she showed less interest towards me.When i used to ask her why you are behaving like this. She used to skip the dialogues between us however some times she told that her family cant afford the money for their marriage as her parents offered me. But that property was beyond their limits. But they promised our parents.I thought that she was afraid of the financial problems in her family. for that i promised her hat i will provide some money during marriage and rest after some days. I convinced my parents with some reasons and they agreed for that.But my parents dont now the real truth. However my marriage ceremony completed like a grand carnival.From marriage onwards i am observing her behaviour. She is not yet all interested on me. She is avoiding me, not allowing me to touch her,neither sitting besides me.she convinced me to cancel honeymoon, the first night.But i agreed with her requests as i dont want to force her in physical relationship and love life. She asked two months for physical intimacy that to unwillingly. I accepted for her. On the third day she took my mobile and called her brother satish and her sister in some other place.i denied at first to give the mobile as her brother resides besides my house. But requested me to give a mobile. I gave the mobile and went to my hall at downstairs.She continued to call her brother and other relatives through my mobile. At night i had a practice to note the day to day activities and discussions in my mobile. Than i heard the phone call conversations of my wife that she is in relationship with his brother (her mother's elder sister's son) named satish. In that conversations she and that guy satish decides to commit suicide a week difference. And whatever she was behaving with me because of his instructions passed to her to avoid me even after marriage also. Than i submitted a petition in district family court for cancellation of marriage. i want to cancel the marriage as she was so character less that she dont have respect to relationships in our culture committing relationship with her own brother. Now she is seeking apology to be my wife forever and never commit such mistake again. i am not intrested to continue any relationship with her as she know me since nine years and strongly love and i going to marry her.Inspite of that she did so. As i'll be far away from my family for duty purpose.Continuing the relationship with this girl may involve unhappiness and complications in future. I humbly request you to is there any section in indian penal code to cancel this marriage. I have an evidence of their phone call conversations. And they agreed in front of marriage and village elders. That they committed this wrong thing. But they (satish and my wife)dont have any physical intimation. So i kindly reply me for solving this problem.

Sir, i initiated a cheque bounce case and under trial.
i came to know the witness( accused's wife signature) signature( on the agreement on which i paid money )is forged by the accused.
the Second thing is, the accused has handed vehicle RC book (he told of his brother's vehicle)as security,and his brother has signed as guarantor on the above said agreement.
I checked with the RTO with respect to the RC book, wherein i found that the accused photo was attested and accused himself signed as his brother,(it is to say accused registered vehicle on non existence name and accused himself signed on the agreement and kept me in dark hence cheated)
shall i file separate case under cheating and forgery or shall i file police complaint,or shall i bring to the judge kind notice in the present cheque bounce case which is under trial.

It is the looting and unjustified practice of the co-operative housing societies in Mumbai and Thane to demand money in the form of ‘Voluntary donation’ or Transfer Fees’ based on the percentage varying from 1% to 5% of sale value from the sellers and the buyers of the flats at the time of transferring name of share certificates and giving NOC. If buyers and sellers do not want to give donation to housing societies what are remedies available to get NOC and share transferred.

Dear Club,
My eldest sister(married having one male child and employed) who lives with us with her husband in our home which is owned by my parents i.e, my father and mother.My question is that...
a)My eldest sister is forcing my father(sick person)to make a signature in a white paper without my mother's concern.Can she force to make such will? Will it be lawfull as my father is unable to write anything as he is a sick person.
b)Can my mother ask my eldest sister and her husband to leave our house as my mother is a co-owner of this house to stay elsewere as my eldest sister and her husband is making our lives miserable?
c)Can we ask our eldest sister to leave our house by any legal process?
d)Can we give the share of our property to her son insted of her?

We had filed a mutual consent divorce last year.We appeared after 6 months in front of the judge.The judge recommended for mediation and has given the date.My question if due to some reason if the one of the parties don't show up on the day of mediation.What happens next and what is the process to get decree in such cases.

Importance of property mutation
Hello Experts,
I have purchased a property throgh sale deed in 2003. I have been paying property tax on that property regularly and no dues left. However i have not yet applied for mutation of property in municipal corporation of delhi to my name from the transferor.
I am getting scared of hasseles in mutating the property in municipal office.
I finally have to sell this property. IS there is legal issue if i don't get it mutate to my name and then any problem in selling it?
