i want to know whether tenant can park his car inside the open parking slot. when there is enough space is available in society.

yes, he can unless bye-laws of the society puts restriction in it.

Parking space inside the premise of the society is meant for parking the vehicles, obtain permission of the society and park your vehicles, but see what by-laws of the society say about the tenant's such privilege.
