In my case, The family court of Ahmedabad has passed the order for the maintenance for two children. The application for the maintenance of wife was rejected. The court has passed the order for Rs. 5000/- for daughter who is 15 years old and Rs. 4000/- for son who is 5 years old. Giving the total monthly maintenance of Rs. 9000/- At present my income is Rs. 13,000/- p.m.
I would like to ask the following :
Can I appeal in High Court ?
Can I get relief in High Court ?
Should the childrens would be able to get maintenance once they cross 18 years of age.

Hi,
I have resigned from my company last week and now my company told me that you have to work for one more year as you have agreed to sign the bond. However bond was given to me but i did not signed the bond as management forgot to get the sign from me and i also did not remind. But based on oral commitment they are forcing me to stay for one year or otherwise they say to pay the penalty amount. Penalty amount is 2.5 lacs. Kindly confirm how can i get the releaving letter in such type of scenario.
Reason of resignation was :
1) Boss mental harassed me in small small issue.
2) Due to harassment i have search the new job and got the new job.
Option going on in my mind:
1. To resign and get ascond without getting full & final settlement.
2. Join other company with duplicate releaving letter - But do company check background at releaving letter level.

I had filed a Domestic Violence case against my husband in which I produced the xerox copies of photos of the illicit sex of my husband with another lady as evidence. Now that lady has filed a complaint of defamation against me and the Police are asking me to give them the originals of the photographs. Can the Police take action against me if I fail to do so.

Clubbing of criminal cases
First criminal case was submitted in the year 2005 under NI Act and now is in final stage. Second criminal case was submitted under Cr.P.C. in the year 2007 and at the initial stage of summoning, it was stayed by High Court. Now the accused in both cases wants to get first case clubbed with the second case so that all proceedings in the first case will automatically stayed as the second case is stayed by the High Court. The grounds of clubbing is that a reference of dishonour of cheque was also given in the second case.
Whether in any circumstances, the lower courts headed by A.C.J.(Junior Division)can club both the cases?
