A complainant in a complaint case submits false information to the court and got issued orders of NBW of the accused. Whether there is any provision in the Cr. P. C. in which accused may file an application through his advocate for stay of NBW detailing false information given by the complainant.

Please let know, Whether mentioning section number in petition is necessary or not? if not, how to refer this in argument in court?
I have filed child custody without mentioning section and opposite part opposes this?

Raunaq Singh executed a gpa in favour of his son Sucha Singh on 22.07.1991 with a hope that he will served.
Raunaq Singh cancelled the said GPA on 14.11.1991
But Sucha Singh executed a agreement to sell on 16.08.1991 in fvour of Manmohan Singh
the time for sale deed was extended on 04.11.1992 upto 30.11.1994.
06.12.1994 Manmohan Singh filed a Suit for specific perofrmance against Sucha Singh only without impleading Raunaq Singh as party
In that Civil Suit, Sucha Singh appeared and suffered a statement in favour of Manmohan Singh on the basis of said statement the court decreed the suit on 06.03.1995
whether the sale deed in favour of Manmohan Singh is valid document

my sister in law's husband want to devorce her without any reason. He attach some other woman. She have one daughter 3 years. How will she make her future??
Kindly sugest me. Her marriage held about 8 years ago.

under which provisions before cancellation of registered GPA, it is mandatory to send a notice to gpa holder. if not necessary then provide me any citation please.

Hi Team,
I always find contentment in writing in this forum for the right and appropriate answers I get.
I left my organisation in March 2014 and duly filled my PF form on 4th June 2014. My colleague and me both filled the pf form the same day and he got the PF amount 15 days ago.I inquired at the PF office and they said they didn't receive my claim form from my company yet. When I called the company they don't seem to be in good mood to answer and I didn't get any response from the accounts team either.
I don't want to lose this money as its my hard earned money.
Please let me know as to what should I do to claim my money.

Hello,
I have a query and could you please clear it for me or advice me accordingly.
Me and my wife have applied for Mutual Consent Divorce and the next hearing is on Aug middle.
Now my wife demands, that I need to write her and give that, I am responsible for the child's "Education" part and if I agree to that only, she says, she'll sign the divorce paper. My Child's current age is 5. There are no other compensations requests.
What should I do now?

Fir progress status
Sir I. Have registered a FIR on 7th June 2014.police has taken my statements,site has been seen,map has been made with my signatures and I have given all relevant documents and agreement to police.I don't HV NY idea as to what police is doing with accused nor they are telling me.what should I do to know the status?should I file RTI at this stage?
