Hi Team,
I always find contentment in writing in this forum for the right and appropriate answers I get.
I left my organisation in March 2014 and duly filled my PF form on 4th June 2014. My colleague and me both filled the pf form the same day and he got the PF amount 15 days ago.I inquired at the PF office and they said they didn't receive my claim form from my company yet. When I called the company they don't seem to be in good mood to answer and I didn't get any response from the accounts team either.
I don't want to lose this money as its my hard earned money.
Please let me know as to what should I do to claim my money.

Issue legal notice to Managing Director/ Chairman of organisation and P.F.Commissioner and ask them to release your P.F.amount immediately,else legal action would be taken.

Non-processing of PF form is criminal offcece under EPF Scheme.
Please submit a written complaint to the RPFC alongwith a copy of fresh filled in form.
Without this any notice to RPFC will be futile.

You may follow the experts advise in this regard by making a written complaint to the Regional PF Office seeking intervention and relief.

no body can hold your PF money as it is a criminal offence as suggested experts issue notice and proceed legally

You can give letter to the Assistant Commissioner of the PF, giving details of your grievance. It is not necessary that you have to obtain the signature from the employer. The PF office will formaly send it to them, even if they do not sign it, PF dept will pay you the PF amount. But, make sure whether employer had remitted the deducted monies in your PF account. You can check it online.
