Leave is sanctioned as per department / company rules and guidelines framed in accordance to law applicable. It is not the right of employee in all circumstances / cases.

Though leave cannot be claimed as a matter of right, but it is a privilege. The leave rules of the company may be visited for knowing your entitlement in this regard.
