Please given me opinion on payment of stamp duty on hypothecation deed. Immovable properties are situated in the state of telangana and andhra pradesh, please clarify me in which state should i pay the stamp duty and get the document registered.
Is there any legal provision with respect to this.

Sir,
I am a central govt. servant. My query is that if my brother(business man) purchase a flat and I become co-owner in that flat, in that situation whether any permission is required from the department and if so please quote the relevant rule.

Hello,
I am staying on top floor and there is a water seepage from terrace in my house. society is not repairing terrace after so many complain given in writing.
Is there any provision in law to force society to get it done for this repair. I want to know that act # or any SC judgement in favour of applicant.
I am from Ahmedabad - Gujarat.

I am an adopted son and am 40years of age. My father passed away last year and my mother asked me for filing legal heir. Since my adoption was never registered the authorities rejected my application. What shall i do now

I am an aggrieved Mom and Grandmother and in the past have seek your advice and was honored to get replies from respected experts at this forum.
Now again another problem – In summary …
I have lost my son at the prime age of 35 years.He left behind a son who was just 1.5 years old that time , at present he is 5 years old.
Now my Ex Daughter in law has remarried and has changed my Grandson’s surname and has started using her new husband’s name as his father .
I am already fighting a court case for guardianship & visitation rights for last 1 year and matter is pending in the court.
Now want to know what is Law and what remedy I have against act of abolishing my beloved deceased son’s name from his only son's identity . My grandson is the only legal heir (Male) in my family to carry our legacy and whereas this new husband has his own 2 kids from his previous wedding .
Please let me know what can I do to protect my Vansh.

i want some legal help regarding delay in getting family pension. Sir my father was a state govt.employee in Odisha. He retired on the month of MAY 2012 since then he has never got his pension despite his various effort in the old age. He was a chronic kidney patient and passed away on july 2014. Despite of several letters and requests to head of office and the state pension authority there was no result. The problem is such that we are struggling for famiy pension. every time i approached my father's head of office i get the reply that the service book has been sent and nothing more. sir i request you to suggest proper method to get the family pension on behalf of my mother.

My Husband sent me Divorce notice today .but he file a divorce in Pune Court .
I am file a DV-Case in Mumbai court .
Now i am living in Mumbai with my parents.
so is that possible we are transfer the Divorce application to Mumbai family court. is yes so please let me what is process .
I don't want to go Pune Court.at any cost .

I am planning to buy a residential flat which is registered on Minor name(Daughter) and father is Guardian of her. Her father now planning to sell the property.
I would like to buy that property and register that on my name. Can you please let me understand the following things,

Two landlord claiming to be owner of the building
Hi
We live in a Tenanted Flat in South Mumbai.
There are two landlord claiming to be the the Owners of the building.
Both the Landlords have filed a case in small causes court against us for payment if Rent & Eviction of our Flat. We are fighting in the court against both the Landlord. Both the Landlord are also Fighting the Case in High Court Mumbai for Possession of the building.
My Question is
1) How is it possible that Small Causes Court accept the case of both the Landlords against us since the property itself is in dispute.It is disturbing us since we have put money separately to fight both the cases.
2) Can Small Causes Court dismiss our both the cases since the High Court is yet to give its decision on who is the owner of the property
3) Further both the Landlord are harassing us to give Irrevocable Consent since both of them are interested in redevelopment of the property.
4) Both of them say they if we give them Consent they will withdraw the case. Further they are also harassing us by making false complaint against us in Police Stations for stupid reasons
5) How should we pay the Rent in this case
6) Can you advise on some good lawyers in Mumbai practicing in Small Causes Court South Mumbai
