Two countries X and Y are neighbours .A terrorist group bombed capital city of X on 2008 ,while one terrorist was arrested ,the rest fled to country Y.the country Y has not taken any measures despite requests from X to apprehend the terrorists . The country Y has failed in contolling terrorists and is incapable .so the army of country X entered Y ,arrested the terrorists from country Y ,without the permission of government of Y is this justifiable ??

We have given our Bldg to a Builder for Redevlopment (Mhada Bldg in Pantnagar, Ghatkopar, Mumbai.but after 2 year Builder stopped paying rent to us saying as he have loss in Project due to stock option of Mhada.Now socity is going to change the Builder.Society sent notice to Builder for termination & ask to give detail of Builder's exp. After getting exp. detail New Builder will pay exp. of Old Builder & get NOC for the same.
Sir, What precaution we should take while changing the Builder where one Builder is saying he has loss in Project & other is saying he have no loss ?

I have completed LLB (Professional) from Rajasthan University in May 2014.
I wish to start practice as an tax advocate.
I want to know what are the formalities other than to get membership of Rajasthan Bar Association from Jodhpur.
Is there any passing of examination required? If yes what are the details?
If any other formalities are there, please let me know.
Please advice.

My friend who has just married this year in April is suffering extreme physical harassment almost every day by her husband who's confirmed to have an affair with a lady in his office.
My friend is now just 8 weeks pregnant and two days back, her husband again punched her nose and eyes. Additionally, he sat on her stomach in such pregnant condition and slapped her left and right. He did not allow her to go out of her home. However, my friend managed to go out of the home and she complained to the nearest police station. She did not receive FIR. The Police asked her to come next day to collect the FIR. Fearing physical torture by her husband, that night, she slept in her car in the parking area where the security personnel saw her.
The flat in which she and her cruel husband stays is in the name of my friend. The car which her husband drives is in my friend's name.
Please advise what to do. Can her husband be behind bars and can we take some action on the police who did not give her FIR?
I thank you for helping me solve my query to certain extent. However, how does she seek protection order? Is it from the court or police? Are there any sections in IPC to see her husband behind bars?
Grateful, if you could help resolve my modified queries?

Respected Sir,
My parents died in road accident 10 years back. My father executed a Will during his lifetime. My sister inherited a house as per that Will. Now I have applied for probate of the Will.
My sister on one hand is opposing grant of Probate (as she is eyeing larger share in my father's property)and on the other hand is trying to sell the house inherited by her through the Will.
Since the Will has not till now got legal validity (as probate has not till now been granted) is it possible to get the sale registration deed cancelled if she succeeds in selling off the house (which she inherited through the Will) through Sale registration deed?

Hi,
I am a Chartered Accountant and work in a firm as an employee. I wish to pursue a 3 year LLB from either Delhi university, Punjab university or Pune. I wanted to know whether it is permitted to work alongside pursuing the course?
I do not wish to go for part time course, but want to do a full time course, that too for 2 years as I may not practice as an advocate. So can you please advice me on the course of action. Job and LLB?

Hello. I am doing a rent deed with a party where I am the lessor. The lessee has put the following clause which I doubt may give lessee to renew the deed at their own will.
Please see if it is safe to agree with this clause.
The clauses are:
"3.The Monthly Lease rental shall increase by 5 % at the end of every year of the last paid amounts and as mentioned in the schedule. However there shall not be any corresponding increase in the Deposit amount. The date of commencement and expiration of the Lease shall be as per the schedule. Renewal of the said Lease Agreement would be at the exclusive option of the Lessee. However, there will not be any increase in the security deposit during the entire tenure of the Agreement."
and
"6.Renewals:The Lease shall be for a period/term as mentioned in the Schedule. The Lessee may express its sole intention for extension/renewal of the Lease and shall execute by issuing a written notice to the Lessor three months prior to the expiry of the Lease. In the event of the Lease term being extended/ renewed, the same shall be evidenced by a fresh Lease agreement containing terms mutually decided and agreed by the parties. "
