There has been a false FIR issued against me under the IPC act 498a, I do know how an FIR can proceed without any authentic evidence. And what can we do for justice.

Sir/ Madam,
My father has an agriculture land (about 8 acres) in Medak Dist, Telangana. He wants to distribute the property to four family members (Himself, Wife, Son1 & Son2 – 2 acres each) through gift deed.
Now we have following queries: please clarify--
-Is it possible to distribute to all family members under one gift deed or we need to execute separate deeds?
-What is the stamp paper value (i.e., Rs.100/-, Rs. 500/- etc) for execution of gift deed.

Hi,
Currently I am in Canada with my spouse and kid. I got married 5 years back however never got my marriage registered. Hence for my visa renewal I need marriage certificate. Can you please suggest if some one can help me in getting marriage certificate?
Also I had read in news link that Delhi HC had approved marriage registration via Video conferencing. Please see below:

Dear Hon Sir/Madam,
I am Balram Begari , working as a Taxation in executive .
My query is that our Community is Registered Under Charitable Trust & want to conduct Essay & Painting competition in Mumbai & participation is open to all community people & no age limit, but thing is that we want conduct this event on 12/10/2014.
Is there any problem will arise as CODE OF CONDUCT UNDER ELECTION PERIOD IN MAHARASHTRA is going on.
Also we want to awarded them as "Mumbai Best Painter and Writer" can we give this title awarded, or before declaring we should register with any dept or institute.
It will be highly helpful, if query will be answered by today itself.

Dear Sir\Madam,
I need your advice for one of my friend case. She is working as software professional in a company called Quest in Bangalore. She had worked there only around 2 months. Currently she is posted on client location. Now she had put paper.
Problem is her quest manager is not giving her proper response whenever she communicate with him.
Here are some data point's:
1. She put the paper around 1 month ago and her manager didn't informed the client after that.
2. She send so many emails ( around 8-9) to her manager but he did not replied even single.
3. Whenever she contact to her manager over phone this guy did not respond properly and start shouting. Also threat her to fire.
4. When she asked to him for release ASAP. This guy didn't came back.
Now situation is became like this, her manager started allegation on her that she had communicated her resignation news to client.
Which is not true as per their conversation.
Note - She having all conversation mail chain with her.
Could you please suggest what next step we should perform?

Hello All,
My question is regarding DV that after 5 years of customary divorce deed on stamp paper in 2005 she has filed 498A,DV in 2010 and other complaints of 323,114,506 in the year 2007 etc.Trail court has granted her selective prayer for residence in domestic violence case and order passed for monthly rent of 6000. She is a govt,employee and earning 40000 p.m then also magistrate take her criminal complaints as prima facie ground and imposed obligations on husband to provide rent for residence.I moved on an application in sessions court appeal to bring her pay slip on record u/s 391 which the judge has granted as further evidence. My question is whether I can get any relief from the upper courts? We resided together for only 2 months and then seperated and executed divorce deed in 2005. After that she has filed many complaints on me and my family. In 498A my except me my all family member names were quashed by High Court. Please advice me that is there any way i can get rid of this women she is very vengiful and adamant in nature and do not want to spare me my life has become as hell since last 10 years.I did not get divorce order from the family court as my plea was rejected because of improper prayer.Again i have filed a suit for divorce declaration in family court which is pending.

The facts are as under :
1. My mother owns a flat, some land and fixed deposits in bank.
2. I hv 4 sisters and myself(only son). My father died two yrs back.
3. none of my sisters r interested in the property of my mother.
4. My wife hs a son ( from her earlier marriage ) aged 13 yrs.
5 At the time of the marriage, i hd written on a stamp paper tht he will be my son and i will be his father. Is this a valid document under the law ?
6. his biological father is alive.
7. No consent or anything was taken from his biological father.
8. My mother wants to mk sure tht the flat and the land and the fd's are transferred in my name after her death(nomination done as iam disabled, barely able to walk).
8. Can a will solve this purpose.

hi Experts,
my father is a retired govt teacher, he is not having birth certificate, he lost his ssc certificate, and not having any leaving certificate, can we sworn affidavit for passport application, but he is not illeterate, in this case what can we do please help.
