Hi Expert.
Recently my UK based health insurance company automated most of the process and re structured few members designation who where working as “Training and Quality Executives” (Role is to conduct quality checks of claims relates process and providing training to new and existing staff, mentoring etc).
Just wanted to know if below mentioned is proper employee devolvement hierarchy? Experience mentioned within the brackets.
Process Executive (2 Years) - Advance process executive (2years) - Training and quality executive (2 years) - Senior Knowledge process associate (Now)
Current ‘Advance process executive’ and ‘Training and quality executive’ also called as Senior Knowledge process associate now.
We feel ‘Senior Knowledge process associate’ is just equal to ‘Advance process executive’.
After completing 2 years of successful trainers and mentors career (Few got a Best trainer award too) now new criteria’s has been set to become trainer and asking to process from the basic level but company managed to provide same salary.
Still we feel it’s unfair to change for just 6 members designation to T & Q executives to Senior Knowledge process associate. We are little confused to accept the change in the designation as hierarchy looks like downwards career growth. However we accepted to process from the basic level if Q & T designation continues.
We have trying to talk to Managing director about the reviewing in the designation part as our trainers profile will overlap by the new designation.
If the management is not agreeing to this what would be the next steps, Can we fight for it further?

One of my tenants has defaulted in rent payment since 6 months ( jurisdiction : kolkata ). Am I entitled to lodge a GD with the police station of the jurisdiction area informing as to the default of rent payment by the tenant, apart from issuing him legal notice for eviction.

I am advocate.All of the family members are facing 498-A trail in other remaote area of state.prevsiously we used to hire advocate from our city who charged us very high per visits and then we engage many local they too betrayed us on many occassions and we decided too deal the cases in person along with other cases 125/DV/Divocrce/Child custody ec..Now the issue that many of my elder family members have been exmepted for personal aappaerance and at the time of examination of witnesses they will not be present..In such case whether I should file the specail power of attorney on their behalf or I should file the vakalatnama on behalf of them or should i donot do the above two and allow the trail to continue in their absence

Dear Experts,
In case of death of a flat holder in a Society, the Society transfers that share certificate to the Nominee who hold it in trust on behalf of the legal heirs.
However, if before the flat is transferred to the legal heirs, if the Nominee also dies, then what is the procedure ?
If the original Nominee himself had nominated another person for the flat, then will the shares be transferred to the second nominees name ?

Sir pls tell me hw i proof my husband income...he is a businessman...he has shop in his father name who is no more...he is earning very handsome sum..he pay sales tax and income tax bt very less.he not shown his real income in that..he is only son..sir pls suggest me...

Plz give your valuable advice on my personal matter.
Actually we have three brother and one sister all four are unmarried, presently my father & grandfather is no more, my grandfather transferred our residential property to her four grand sons means us. We file an application to Nagar Nigam, for Property name transfer from grather father to four grand sons, in this process, one staff person advice us to transfer all rights to mother through (HUK TYAG), We all four transferred property through HUK TYAG, while file goes to Revenue Dept in Nagar Gigam they asked theres is an leakage of revenue, they said transferred can be possible through Gift deed or Sale.
Presently I am facing this problem plz help me what I do, Basicaly i belongs to jaipur.

Registration of agreement for redevelopment of cessed buildi
I am a tenant of a cessed building in Mumbai and my building is going for redevelopment; we do not have a registered society. The builder has given us an offer. Is it necessary to get the Agreement of ownership registered, before vacating the house? what are the risk of not doing so.
