A judgement was passed by civil court in 1994, in which the court ordered my grandfather, to refund around 250 grams of gold to my father. The gold was given by my father to my grandfather in 1985 regarding marriage purposes. An appeal was dissolved in 1995, confirming the previous order.
But in spite of the order my grandfather didn't refund the same. Now both my grandfather and my father have expired in year 2006 and 2009 respectively.
That my grandfather had around 20 acres of land which is not partitioned among my uncles (father's brother). I am requesting my uncles to sell some acers of land in order to settle for 250 grams of gold in my favour, and the rest of the land will be partitioned equally, but they are denying. They want all lands to be partitioned equally and to ignore the court order.
Can I approach the court in this regard so that I will recover 250 grams of gold by selling some of the lands registered in my grandfather which is an ancestral property?
Is there any validity of the court order passed in 1995?
Can anybody provide me judgement passed by high court or supreme court in this regard.

I recently resigned from my company and currently serving my notice period of 3 months. Suddenly the company is asking me to leave immediately and also pay the buy out money. I am willing to leave if the company wants but I do not pay the buy out money. Can the company force me to leave and pay the buyout money also ? Please help ??

Hi every one,
Cheque was obtained by one of the Partner of Partnership Firm in his individual Capacity towards the Liability of his partnership firm and on its dishonour has filed Sec 138 NI Act case in his personal capacity.
Whether a Partner is entitle to claim the liability of the Partnership Firm in his individual capacity?
Whether there is any liability of the Drawer of the Cheque to pay the Partner on his individual capacity?
If yes/No please advice me with relevant citations.
Note:
The Cheuqe was not issued in the name of Partnership firm, one of the partner has obatined the Cheuque from the drawer in his personal name/capacity under the guise of the Partnership liability.
Admittedly the drawer of Cheque is not having any liability towards that partner personal capacity.

According to Art 141 of our Constitution the decision declared by Supreme Court is binding on all courts. But I want to know that is it binding on supreme court also and can supreme court overrule the precedent judgement.

I would like to know that my relative was government permenant assistant teacher for 24 years of having unblemished service in Granted school. Has given resignation and joined newly opened Sainiki School run by different society on the post of Head Master without break in service. His pay protection, protection of seniority and fixation of salary done in new school. He was terminated on the ground of work and behavior not satisfactory within one year of joining, saying he was on probation. case is running in Nagpur High court on the ground of promotion and probation. Then the question is why pay is protected and seniority is protected if he was on probation? and also wish to know actual application of pay protection.

my company has purchased a firm in Himachal Pradesh in 2014. Meanwhile this has come to our knowledge that the said Firm has not collected & deposited the Tax under section 4A of HP(CGCR)act, 1999 since 2011. Now our firm is in big trouble as the firm has more than millions of tax liability under the act. previous partners has already filed a writ petition in High Court of H.P. but it seems it will not be admitted by the court and the same will be dismissed.
Kindly provide some suggestion.

I would like to know that my relative was a government assistant teacher for 24 years in a granted school having contineous unblemished service. given resignation and joined newly opened Sainiki School 100% government funded, on the post of head master. Pay protection, seniority protection, fixation of salary was done.In previous school given resignation and without break joined new school of different society. He was terminated within 8 months after joining on the ground of 'work and behavior not satisfactory' saying that he was a probationer.Then question is why protection of pay seniority was done? and also wish to know actually when pay of protection is used or applicable?

Hi,
2nd additional family court bangalore does not have a seperate judge since more than a year. My case was filed in 2009 and is pending for justice. Now I learned that they will appoint new judge by june 2015.
I and my parents feel quite stressful.
Kindly let me know if there is a way to get the speedy justice.What are the options I can have to get the speedy justice.
My case is a last stage and have been pending without any progress since last one and half year.
