If a husband sells the flat owned by him before sending divorce notice to wife,can the wife get her share from the selling amount?

The share for wife arises only on the demise hence the query is not relevant here.

Wife has no property right during the life time of husband and even after divorce, but after divorce she has maintenance right.

Unless it is a jointly owned property, the wife cannot claim a share in it during her husband's life time.
