muslim couples unregistered marriage can husband wife get divorce in mutual understanding without consent family court ? or if husband give affidavit to live seperate with wife its valid or what ?

Muslim couple can proceed for divorce as per their personal law.

you dont need orders of family court . as per your personal law you can divorce by your wife by pronouncing talaq in presence of witnesses

Dissolution of Muslim marriage under mutual consent can be done in the Mosque in the presence of Chief Kazi which is called as Khulla". This solution as per Mohemedan Law will be easiest and fastest way of divorce between them.
