I had been framed under false harassment case by the company. The biased ICC recommended my termination. I files a writ in high court against the ICC findings but my writ has been dismissed. Now I want to take to divisional bench.anyone could suggest me a very good lawyer for this.

Sir
we a holding a rented room at kolkata at netaji subhas road.the rent receipt is by my cousin name and he is a partner of our business.the sales tax ,income tax and proffesional tax has been informed and necessary ammendmants has been done on the concerned certificate's.
Previously all the rent was paid in time .but due to unavoidable circumstance this time the rent was not paid as the darwan did not give the receipt and the payment due as on date is for 5 months.
now the land lord is asking for the partnership deed and voter card ,pan card. reason saying that this is for the rule of kolkata .
secondly the land lord is saying that the place is being sublet by the person who is a partner.of a small trading company . all previous payment has been made from company account by cheque but this time he has asked and taken the rent receipt back from me .
in this regard please help.

My Father was working in up goverment department.He was died on Sep 2014.his retirement was on December 2015.I applied for Mratak ashrit job but department raised objection in my job application due my father name is differ in my all education proof.
My father Name was in his service record (IN Company)-RAM MURTI MAURYA
But My Father name is mention in my all educational proof is RAM MURTI SINGH ( till post gratudaion-M.COM)and department raise objection my education proof.
my mother name is RANI MAURYA and her name is also mention my father service record is Rani Maurya But my mother name is also in my all education proof is mention RANI SINGH.
We are three brother and in my all brother education proof my father name is mention RAM MURTI SINGH.
Please help me.I Live in Kanpur

My mother's Sister and her husband gave his all properties by will in 1994 with notrized. They don't have any issue. My Uncle(masa) expired in 2002 and my Aunty(Masi) expired in 2012. In 2010 My aunty give His house as Gift to me with Gift Deed. My Uncle's brother's son now give me court notice for challenging that will done by my Uncle and Aunty. They included all properties included into will. So that gifted property also included into this case. Please give your expert advice.

Many universities are offering 2 year LLB general course and 1 year LLB special course.e.g.Anand Uni, gujarat. What is the difference in those and 3 year course. I have completed my M.Pharm and wish to do LLB mainly for the purpose of working as a Trademark Agent and not wish to practice as lawyer as well as i wish to complete LLB in least time.What is the most suitable and reliable option for me out of these..?
