One of my clients faced charges under IPC 417 and 501(i). Anticipatory bail ordered. Thereafter,legal notice has been issued to the Management to proceed disciplinary action based on the FIR. Can a lawyer induce the employer in this way? Is it legal?

My mother owned a shop/bar which tax is filed in my mother's name till today. But which we had given to one person X. There is no record in writing but the place is on our name. This X have rebuilt the place taken electricity on his name and converted it into his residence cum bar. We filed many complaints against him in panchayat but no use. No one is turning all efforts unsuccessful. For this issue that is last letter from directorate of pan chaty at which we received in 2008. We want it back. I am an advocate.
Please advice how do i go about with it incase i want to file it in the court.

My father (first owner alive) and mother (Co owner recently expired) have purchased a flat in tata housing in Mumbai
The flat is ready for possession now and my mother has expired.
I am the only child of them (no brother or sister)
We requested tata housing to handover possession of flat to my father who is first holder of flat but they are delaying it in name of taking legal opinion
Please help me to know the legalities.

Dear Sir/Madam
A case under Domestic violence has been filed against my client in the Police station by his wife. My client is working abroad and soon have to leave India. Police has asked contact his lawyer.
Please advice me how to go about with this do I file a statement in police station counter accusing my wife or should I give an undertaking or act according to situation or any other?

sir, i am a central government employee working in the min.
of health at new delhi. one of my subordinate staff has falsely
complained against me to the higher authorities regarding a dispute in
which he falsely mentioned that i have passes some jaatisuchak/castiest
remarks on him. he even mentioned i physically assaulted him ,which is
a clear lie. all this happened infront of all the staff those belongs
to his catagory and are supporting him. a departmental preliminary
enauiry has been initiated and i have submitted my version. but they
all are t rying to influence the higher authorities on caste basis.
what should i do? what is the normal course of action in such matters.
please guide me.

Dear Sir/Madam
My client has the license for the bar which he has allowed another person in the next house to carry on the business. There is one portuguese document that says its given to next house for x period. The document does not mention much about period, etc?
Please advice me under which act do I file to recover it from that person next door?
