Is there any body to help me out for the section 9 in divorce what are pros and con's for me. I married in karnal in my home city and now I m leaving with my in laws due to their problems before I leave on rent due to some reason I decided to move to their house. Now my wife mentally harassment me. And put aligation and threat to me and their parents
Pls any body help
Now I crusted from my married life

even if you obtain RCR decree you cant force your wife to stay with you . visit a family counsellor

Even if you win a RCR case in your favor, you may not be able to convince your reluctant wife to come and live with you, there is no law that can force to live with you against her wishes. Consult your lawyer and take further decisions as per his advise.
