Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a plot approved by Nagar Parishad of Tonk district in Rajasthan.I am running a hotel on this plot.But during the time of allotment it is written on patta that the plot should be used for the domestic purpose but now it is using for commercial purpose(hotel business).
I apply a loan in Bank by giving the plot for EM.The bank is giving objection regarding the actual use of the plot in compare to written use of the patta by Nagar parishad.
May I sought a NOC from Nagar parishad or will take another measures.

2) Marriage Certificate of my parents
3) Passport copy of my cousin Indian/Mother Indian/Sister Indian (for reference)
4) My School Leaving Certificate
5) My Baptismal Certificate
6) CPR of my late father
Case: The person parents applied for and received Bahraini citizenship. However, before the issuance of the Baharini passport the father passed away. (Death Certificate available)
Apparently, this made null and void the chance of the the dependents being issued a Bahrain or Indian passport.
The death certificate of the parent has not helped initiate a naturalization process either from Bahrain or India.
During the Amnesty period a few years ago the person traveled with their mother and sibling. Unfortunately, he was turned back but his family traveled on to India where they now have status as a citizens and documentary proof thereof.
All aid from the Indian or Bahrain consulates are not forthcoming.

Dear Sir(s),
kindly suggest what to do in the circumstances that some one from wife side has breaken my password and entered into the income tax site. entering in my login, they took all the copy of my income tax return & 26As and other informations.
Wife submitted all the copy before the family court.
i have evidence of Mobile no and email ID through which my password is changed and taken all the information.
pls. suggest what to take legal action ?

Our father has purchased a house through a loan and also cleared it. But after the expiry of my father, their brothers has made a hiba and partitioned the property into 4 parts. out of which one part is ours declared by them. Now when we registered our property we claim for khata change. At that moment we notice that they have applied for an objection. that without their info we cant.
my mother has 3 children one is elder than me and one is younger than me.
But my mother and other two children of hers has given me NOC and i registered on my name
so please help me out as my father brother are criminal minded among them one is lawyer.
so please give me solution by which i can apply for khata change and it should happen.

we are concerned for landlord....landlord running guesthouse in the bldg. & tenant running restaurant on the ground floor....it was given to tenant for restaurant.....tenant has occupied area within the compound illegaly for restaurant business (No Construction)......tenant paying rent on time regularly.....landlord wants to redevelop the property and ready to give same size of area in the building after redevelopment on ownership......grounds for eviction are given in Maharashtra rent act u/s 16.....landlord can approach court on two grounds 1. for redevelopment & 2. for illegaly occupying space within compound.....rent is a pittance.....any judgements on eviction on the above two grounds

Hello All Gentleman,
I am living in Mumbai. I need advise for Cheating case happened with me. Case history is as below.
I was leaving in Thane on bachelor accommodation. I used to go for dinner in Mess regularly. In mess I met a person who belongs to My native district in Maharashtra Only. Then we became friends because of regular meetings in mess. Meanwhile I was in trouble in my personal life and professional life. Many times we met outside mess, like in any public place, tea stalls, hotels etc. We used to have discussion on phone about my personal troubles. He used to counsel and give moral boost to me. So I started to trust him. Later after resolving my professional, I got new job with salary hike. I shared this info with him and had celebration of the same by eating food outside mess. One day that friend offered me to buy a home for me in Mumbai. Since I had started trusting him, he asked me to make FD of certain amount in local Patsanstha ( Co-Operative Credit Society). That society belonged to that friends friend (who used to meet me outside the mess along with earlier friend). My earlier friend took cash from me filled form of society. After that I went outstation for my official work and came back after 4-5 month. I asked first friend to give me receipts of FD but he said he will give me money back. I agreed and waited for some months. But now that person has disappeared. I have kept all SMS of that person regarding our transactions. Also I tried to ask money to that Society owner friend but he is refusing o give back that money. I have kept his SMS in which he clearly agrees that he has taken money. Now I met police regarding matter, but police says that they are helpless because I do not have proof.
Now I am very much worried that my money will not be given back by that person.
Kindly help me to get out of this matter.

Beaten up by SI and Kept in lockup by writer for 4 hours
I wanted to go my hometown by leaving the job in Hyderabad along with my Wife and Kid...
My Wife reported on 25th Feb in Hyderabad Uppal PS with false allegation stating that Iam harassing her with a doubt that she has illegal affair and she requested protection from my mom, dad and me when Iam staying with my wife alone but not with Parents...
After counceling for 30 mins SI took me to writer's room and beated me 20 times on my hands and writer kept me in lockup for 4hour... I compromised with my wife saying that will continue with the job and reached my residence.
On 2nd March SI filed FIR on me with the false allegations and my wife left by informing SI infront of me in PS as I was called to PS as the case was registered on me.
I reported this to CI, ACP and DCP in msgs, whatsapp, e-mail and in person to CI and ACP for the respective jurisdiction. Everybody saying to further investigation on my FIR but nobody is taking action on SI and Writer and not even taking my complaint.
Please advise me what I need to do because I am not able to bear this Mental Torture caused by Harassment done by SI and Writer.
