Dear Sir,
We are working in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in India. Our PSU management has fixed different bed entitlement in many hospitals depending upon the post (salary grade) of employees for medical treatment of employees. Many hospitals fixed different treatment cost (including surgery and others) for different bed costs. When employees get admitted in a hospital in higher bed rent (as bed is not available according to his entitlement in that hospital at that time) our PSU management has been deducting money from the employees depending on the difference on cost of medical treatment in higher bed and his normal bed entitlement.
My query is that as the employee is bound to be admitted in higher bed (as bed is not available according to his entitlement in that hospital at that time) can our PSU management deduct the additional cost of medical treatment due admission in higher bed? If yes/no, then why?

TAPAN

me and my wife got separated and living separately for past 2-years. We have a baby girl aged 4-years and living with her mother (my wife).
there were huge fights and mis-understanding and so i am willing to apply for divorce and also willing to give maintenance.
recently she came my home at Bangalore upon my request along with the kid and i wished to give it a try as considering the future of our girl child.
again we ended up in a big fight and she left to her parents house again about a week back after her 1-month of stay along with the child in my Bangalore residence. during this recent stay we slept in separate rooms in my house here in Bangalore and we did not had any physical relation.
i wish to apply for a divorce in the family court Bangalore with immediate effect as she is throwing plenty of tortures over the phone.
please advice or should i wait for another 1-year to file divorce in the family court.
Thank you.

Dear Sir,
On 20th May I was travelling from New Cooch Behar to Anand Vihar Terminus by North East Express (NE12505 dn). As per schedule printed on the ticket it was 14:47 (dep. from boarding station on 20th May and 19:20 arrival on 21st May at Anand Vihar Terminus), but the train was late at its destination, i.e., Anand Vihar Terminus by almost 4 hrs. The train arrived at the said destination around 23:10 hrs.
We the passengers on board of the train suffered a lot. Is there any legal option which can be taken against Indian Railways?
Thanks,
