Gratuity eligibility.

Sir, I worked in private organization at Bangalore from 18th August 2010 to till this moment without any break. Can u help to confirm whether I am eligible for Gratuity or not. Based on your direction I move for some other decisions. Kindly guide and advice. If eligible how the calculation is. If not eligible why. Expedite.Please update on my mail. Thanks and Regards.

Dont expect the experts to do service to you at your door steps. Expert Mr. Kumar Doab has clearly explained the issue. Never ever ask the experts or anyone who is doing charity service to update information to your mail id, nobody is your paid servant here to dance to your tunes.
