Hi, In the resent past I've had health some domestic issues for which I have taken leaves from work. In the month of Jan for 3 days, due to death in the family; in February due to wife's health concerns for about 2 weeks and in April and May together 4 days due to my health issues. Also, during some of these months I have worked on weekends to make sure that not much of my work is hampered. However today the manager calls me for a meeting and suggesting me that I quit the company. He is also threatening indirectly that even if I stayed I may not get the opportunity to apply for another role within the org. I have worked for this company for 8+ years. If I go to hr I am sure they will support the manager only. What are my legal options? Can I file a case in labor court for harassment? I know I risk the job if I go legal but I am assuming even the manager will risk the job if I go legal. Which I am fine about. Do I have any legal grounds here and is there any lawyer in Bangalore to take up the matter?
Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

We are family of 6 me, my wife and my son, my elder brother , his wife and our father My father is constantly forcing me to move out of the house and says he disowns me from everything name , property and doesn't want to have relation with me. I am very worried where I will take my wife and minor child with me if he move us out of the house.
He gets his monthly pension, has one ancestral and self owned house. I want to know what actions he can take against me and what should I do to save guard my family.
Please help me at earliest

Sir, I worked in private organization at Bangalore from 18th August 2010 to till this moment without any break. Can u help to confirm whether I am eligible for Gratuity or not. Hi. I booked a flat by a reputed builder some three months ago. As per the brochure, it was a big project with a large green area that boasted of jogging track, sports centre, various water bodies etc. Now recently, the builder updated the layout on the website with all those facilities missing. On being asked, he responded that the whole area is owned by the Noida Authority and they are responsible for developing it. Does it amount to fraud and cheating as I was promised something else and being given something entirely different. The actual area of the project is less than advertised. The facilities being provided are less than half of what was promised in the brochure.
What action can be taken in such a case? Please advise.

Sir,
I travelled in a train last week during the travel, since it was very hot, I often got up and changed my positions. A lady in the adjacent birth called for an RPF staff in the train and complained that I am doing indecent things (she meant I am masturbating) but I was NOT!. Then the RPF enquired and after getting my address and ID related details he asked me to take another compartment and I accepted. My questions is, It is 4 days gone, Is there a possibility for her to file a false FIR against me, in that case, before filing the FIR will the police hear my points too? I am vey worried. Please advise. what I have to do. Please note: I have not done anything wrong. thanks a lot in advance.

A man got a sale deed by undue influence from my mother. She immediately sent a lawyer notice that you got sale deed by fraud instead of Mortgage deed.The impugned buyer then influenced our lawyer by money and threatened my mother and again obtained another agreement to the effect that he need not reply the Notice and the deed previuosly executed is sale deed only and that I gave the notice out of some oral dispute.
Now The case has been filed.
Now I want to know whether
1. the subsequent agreement is valid and
2. the previous sale deed is vaild without the subsequent agreement.
3. In the case of Karnailsigh & Others Vs. Dalip Kaur & ors -Punjab And Haryana high Court in 1995 ( Lawmirror/File No. 8198 )
it has been held "'whenever a transaction entered at the behest of lawyer is assailed by a litigant, a burden is cast upon the persion taking advantage under the transaction to show that the transaction was entered into was free from fraud,undueinfluence and to such agreement the party had freely consented after understanding the implication." - CPC,Order 23 Rule 3-A,sec 101 of Evidence Act. Hence whether the above case law is applicable to the above agreement in our favour
4. Whether the above agreement is a compromise agreement under Civil Proceedure code.
Whether the agreement is nullified the sale deed is also automatically void.
Please clarify me sir for further proceedings.

Dear sir,
i live in a chawl system around 45 years.one of jain temple trust have owner of this chawl. The landlord refuses to collect any rent from any of the tenants.i have paid last rent up to 2011-12.we have also send rent with register post also but it was come back as they are not accepting the same.please give me a proper guidance for further process. thank you

If during the pendency of the Civil suit no decree/ order/ direction is given by the Hon'able court and still the opponent keeps on doing construction work is it considered as Contempt of Court as per the Contempt of Courts Act 1971?
