Dear Sirs,
My AB has been cancelled by HC. Intially IO went two times to the person who gave me jamanat once. He harrased him. Though IO knew that jamanati has no idea where I am.
Today IO, though he is from Haryana Police, come with some UP police personal to my father who is in UP and ask him to get me surrendered. I am working in South.
IO was threating that if I not surrendered till Friday, he will get warrent issuesd against my name and go to my company in South and make scene. Even I underground he can do the same. Supreme court appeal will take some time since my SC lawyer is asking to wait to get SC vacations over till 1 July.
Since as per him vacation benches are reluctant to give AB.
I am trying to understand why IO went to jamanati though he knew jamanati has no info about me. Why he went to my home town knowing I wiĺl not be there for sure. Why instead of threating my father he didn't come to me directly in South and arrest me. Why he is threating my people to ask me to surrender. Please help me.

I do job in 108 emergency service, this service provides all kinds of facility to reach at hospital in critical conditions. I have to fill up regularly petrol from the petrol pump for the vehicle which was used by me for the said service.
A letter sent to the petrol pump dealer by the company which employed us with the instruction that if any kind mal-practice come to knowledge with the connection of the diesel it have to be informed to the owner of company who employed the persons in the service of 108.
So with the connection of the said letter dealer of the petrol pump lodged complain against me showing the mal-practice in diesel (absolutely it was basically false). Then after I was transferred from origin service place to another service place actually no any transfer order not provide to me. I have lodged complain to the police for that it is conspiracy on me. I have stated all persons name in my complain. Police has taken statements of all accused. Conclusion was done by police that I am transferred from origin place to another place therefore the said complain against the accused lodged complain and the my petition was filed in this way no any kind of the action taken against accused.
Now I want to lodge complain before court
What I have to do ?
Can I lodge criminal complain?
Can I challenge the said police proceedings ?
If yes in which court ?

Dear Sir,
I need to apply for anticipatory bail in supreme court in 498a and 406. These days there are vacations going on in SC. My lawyer is advising to wait for 1 July when the courts will be reopened.
According to him, vacational benches are not good and are reluctant to give AB to husband in 498a and 406 cases.
Dear sirs please tell if my lawyer advise is worth to follow. Other side of the coin is I need to remain undeground for 3 weeks if I wait for vacations to be over.
Please advise should I apply AB now in vacational bench of SC or wait for vacations to be over?

hello sir i am pooja agrawal semi qualified ca .sir a person who steals the things in are shop police has taken actions and recover the some cash and things from him and now a case is pending in the court. but now he is imposing total fake cases through application in court in the name of my father, brother and uncle please suggest me what should i do to stop him .

a assessee deposited amount of rs.20 Lacs in wrong accounting code.
i.e. assessee was required to deposit service tax in "WORKS CONTRACT" while he deposited in "RENT A CAB"
please tell me what is procedure to make correction in service tax challan.
NOTE:- SERVICE TAX IS DEOPISTED THROUGH NET-BANKING(ONLINE)

Is it possible to file a Private complaint for public nuisance? Will the court admit such complaints? When I contacted a lawyer to hire him to file a petition for public nuisance he suggested me to file a private complaint. My friend has not paid 5-6 installment of personnel loan due to loss in his business. His loan was ended on 2005. Now the agents were coming to them after 11 yrs for recovery of installment.installment. Pls tell me what he can do. Pls reply me ASAP.

the suit was disposed after ex-part preliminary decree in fever of plaintiff in 1997. plaintiff execute preliminary by applying to talati-kum-mantry
separate card(ie.7/12, 8/a) of the land was made in fever of plaintiff by talati cum mantri
After 3 years in 2000 plaintiff file an application for final decree and possession
Court trite that application as miscellaneous civil application and given a new separately mis. civil appli. number
A necessary party apply to join in mis. civil application in 2013
court passed an order to join that party as defendant
here questions are as follow :
-Can court dispose partition suit after preliminary decree or it is a mistake of court?
- if it is mistake of court then that can be corrected?
-Newly join party, can apply for restore/re-continue the main RCS?
- Talati-kum-mantry has power to make separate card -pls. see section 54 of cpc
I appear in behalf of the newly join party(In mis. civil application), can I gate on-line guidance?
